Popi's Place Bradenton

Popi’s never disappoints us. We typically hit this spot after church for breakfast or brunch. The staff has been working together for a while and they’re super friendly and you can tell they care for one another and their customers. The food is hearty and always satisfies. The restaurant is always clean and it’s always service with a smile. Thank you for taking care of your customers the way you do. The best restaurant experience is when you are made to feel like family and we always do dining here.

I always love coming here, but today I was highly disappointed. We got 3 takeout meals…2 meatloaf and 1 spaghetti. The slaw was left out of both the meat loaf dinners and it was too far to go back. The meatloaf was tasteless and there was so much brown gravy that it was swimming in it. Mashed potatoes might have been good, but there was so much gravy I couldn’t taste them. I threw the dinner away.

Just can't go wrong with Popi's. All locations have the best comfort food. A long with specials that change daily, they also offer the usual items such s burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, etc. I especially like their Ruben, it has a lot of tender, lean corn beef and just the right amount of dressing and sauerkraut. The cole slaw, fries and onion rings are also good. The staff are all very friendly and make sure all your needs are met.

As soon as I walked in it only took a few words of mine for the ladies at the front and I to have a laugh, and I felt welcomed instantly. Food was surprisingly delicious and they give you a decent amount for the price. Lots of great things about this place, I would highly recommend.

My husband and I stopped by Popi’s Place on our way back home from vacation, and I’m so glad we did! The place has a charming, welcoming feel.

I had their famous chicken biscuit breakfast — everything was fresh and cooked just right. The flavor was excellent.

The staff was super friendly, constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. It was great to see how they knew their regulars by name and treated them like family — that really stood out to me.

This restaurant is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. If you’re in the area and looking for a good meal with great service, I highly recommend it!

We love coming here for breakfast and recently started coming here for lunch. The prices are decent and portion sizes are nice. Most of their waitresses are very nice and helpful with any questions or requests you have. Highly recommend their omelettes as well as the Eli's Big Breakfast. You get a large amount of food for a decent price. Seating is mostly booths, but there are a moderate amount of tables available too. They offer freshly made desserts daily and their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. They also accommodate when my husband asks for no salt on his fries for dietary reasons or when I ask for sugar free syrup. Parking is shared with other local businesses, but enough to where you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a spot.

My family and I really love Popis food and hometown feel. The only reason I took one point away it's because it's annoying to us when a restaurant charges a fee for using a credit card.
