They should update their hours! I just went there at 8:43PM and the doors were locked. There were at least 3-4 people inside and did not come open the door.

This poppo’s location is always the first stop my family and I take when heading over to Anna Maria, and it hits perfectly every time. Everyone is always so nice, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. Love it!

Nightmare. Asked for a burrito, they couldnt have given me any less of a serving if they tried. 11$ for a taquito sized burrito. I asked for lettuce and the kid put 4 pieces of lettuce on it. A seven bite burrito.

The food here tastes good, but we barely got any of it. My boyfriend ordered a burrito with meat, rice, beans, and toppings but got the bare minimum. We paid 11 dollars for the burrito and are highly disappointed.

I can make a better burrito at home. Ate out once in a blue moon just to get bigger scoop of sour cream than I do meat and beans combined. Someone want to explain portions to me cause I don’t get it anymore, clearly. Half the bites are over gristled meat. All around not even close to worth $30+ for TWO burritos. Wow so done with fast food oms.

Got food 2pm today, once home noticed I was overcharged, called to talk to manager. Manager immediately was going to change the charge to the correct price. Then we realized I called the wrong location.
Fast forward I call the correct store, talk to the manager Chance. He immediately got defensive and tried to blame me for the over charge. This place is a scam. We just moved here and not only will we never be back but will spread the word with all of our 300+ neighbors, friends…

Chance has zero managerial skills, and no idea of what hospitality is. He is just a robot order taker. They even asked for a tip. For what doing their job.
