Went for my mother-in-law's birthday 4/14. They weren't busy, but our service was still very slow. Good drinks, but so small for the price. My fiance got a mango martini and it was gone in two sips. Lobster Punch was excellent. The server told us before ordering they were out of popcorn shrimp. Not a big deal. My kids ordered chocolate milk, which the server talked up to them as she makes "the best" chocolate milk, but it turns out the kitchen was out of milk, too. They got Sprite instead. It took about 35 minutes for our food to arrive and it wasn't that great. Cajun chicken linguine didn't have much flavor or Cajun seasoning. My fiance got a burger and you can tell by looking at it that they're frozen patties, not fresh. My kids picked at their plates but mostly just ate the fries they got as a side. My mother-in-law had no complaints about her meal, at least none that she voiced to us. Although our server was nice, she wasn't around much to refill drinks or bring out more biscuits, so we each had one biscuit at dinner. I guess we just expected a much better experience considering how expensive everything is on the menu. I could've saved our money and done a better job preparing the same food at home. Disappointed.

The employees are rude. I made eye contact and said hi to a hostess or waitress who ignored me and went back into the front office without acknowledging me. Me and my husband came an hour before closing. We stood for awhile wondering if they were in fact closed or not. Another employee who i assume to be some sort of manager said someone would be out in a second, who seemed to be oddly stressed for such a dead restaurant. When we sat down we noticed how hot the restaurant was and decided to just leave. AC doesnt work. They have gone downhill, plenty of other restaurants that dont treat u like a nuissance. On our way out the same employee who ignored me to hide in the front office was gossiping outside with another employee smoking cigarettes.

My family and I (party of 3) went to this Red Lobster on 03.10.24. It was busy, but we were able to be seated fairly quickly. Alicia was our server, and although she was busy, she provided the best service I have ever experienced. She was very attentive and checked on us several times, making sure our drinks were full, that our food order was correct, and that we had a consistent supply of the cheddar bay biscuits - which is what my husband uses as a gauge. The food was absolutely delicious and the timing of our appetizers, meals, and desserts was impeccable. We will definitely be back, and we hope to have Alicia as our server again.
Just left Bradenton fl.and red lobster had a whole lobster. It was the worst I ever had. No flavor manager checked on me and I told her I was not happy with no resolve.

Our server was Alicia, who did an excellent job-very attentive, fast responding, & friendly! We each had two lobster tails which were delicious, French fries hot & seasoned correctly, side salads was fresh & crisp, baked potato was great, & cheddar bay biscuits fresh, hot, & light!Alicia gave us our bill in a timely manner when we wanted it & processed it quickly. It was a great evening!Parking: We used handicapped parking right next to entry ramp.

I've only been here twice in the last 6mos and maybe it's just me but it was nothing special. The menu today was VERY limited to basically lobster(with any dish starting at about $40 then up) or shrimp. I know it's a seafood place but I remember there being much more to the menu and when lobsterfest would happen they would still have other foods available but with specials on the lobster. We both got the "pick two for $17) and I had a total of 10 shrimp as i chose the walts favorite and shrimp skewer. Total without alcohol was over $50! It's just not a place I will go to again unfortunately. Yes I know prices are crazy everywhere but I could get better quality and larger portions from detweilers and cook at home for much cheaper. Hope they are able to stay I'm business.The service was great!! Our guy was kind and attentive.
