I bought 2 $50.00 E-gift cards for my dad for father's day this past June. RJ Gators never sent them. 3 different managers I spoke to assured me that they fixed the situation, they never did. Liars and thieves run RJ Gators. If I lived in Florida, I would call the cops on these bandits.

Didn’t mind waiting half an hour for a table as it was all you can eat crab night, I get it. But waiting another half hour after being seated to get our food was a little too much. Servers are obviously overworked, but how hard can it be to bring crab legs on AYCE crab night?!

The atmosphere would scare you away however the food make up for it. It was absolutely delicious. Only down side was the lack of baby changing station in the men's room.

Came here with friends to enjoy last dinner on vacation. Was extremely disappointed, waited 50 minutes before getting served, they also advertise all you can eat crab legs, but the server waited 15 min in between servings to bring them out. Never received such terrible service before.

Food quality has seemed to drop a bit here since I started going here over five years ago. Especially when not even busy, it is normal to get food that is not hot or doesn't seem as fresh as it could be. The amount you get has also dropped. The Garbage Nachos, for example, this last visit was enough for one with scant toppings. This used to be plenty for two and had plenty of toppings on it. The chili seemed to be all beans, and no meat could be found. Lacked cheese on top. The Cuban was cold and did not seem toasted as it should be. This location would benefit from hiring secret shoppers to monitor the food quality better. One great thing is the staff. They are always nice and want to be helpful.

RJ Gators never disappoints. The friendly atmosphere, servers, and fantastic food are always just what I need. Very reasonable prices on everything, including their drink specials. This is my favorite local restaurant, and I've introduced friends and family, who have enjoyed RJ Gators too. Just a great place to go out and enjoy.

Went on a Saturday for the crab legs (5-9 pm only)! I orders the 3 lbs of snow crab legs and my partner got the French dip. We were both happy with our meal! Also was great that our draft beer was bogo. Waitress made it seem like most basic beers and drinks are always bogo. Will definitely be going back.

Cute place but my steak so like leather and all I got was a free sweet tea. I do enjoy going there for bingo on Wed though.
Food was amazing, prices were very good for the amount of food you’re given, the bathroom had a speaker that produced nature sounds, and I left my sunglasses on the table and the our waitress came running out returning them to me, just amazing.

We vacation here at AMI and this is a great place we go to for dinner and entertainment. The food is really good it is priced where my family and I can afford to eat and have a few drinks!

I felt ignored. After taking my order the bartender never came back to ask me if everything was okay. I saw her speak to others and ask them if they wanted another drink but not me. My first experience here was great not this time. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a peach cobbler Togo.
