The food is always Cooked fresh And is delicious.
Today Jasmine assisted us and her customer service skills are awesome. Everyone at Salem’s is super nice and helpful and aim to please.
As far as cost, it’s the same as any other place except here you get fresh cooked food and great service

My name is David Marrero, and I am a new employee at Salmon in Winter Haven. I am writing to report serious mistreatment and unprofessional behavior that I experienced at this location. From the beginning, the morning shift manager spoke to me in a disrespectful and demeaning way, as if I was slow or incapable. Her tone, attitude, and the way she looked at me made it clear she did not like me. I felt targeted, singled out, and overwhelmed by her behavior. I was also placed “on call” without anyone communicating that to me. I had to call the store myself to find out why I wasn’t on the schedule. On February 8th at 7:30 PM, I called again and an employee told me I wasn’t scheduled at all. No one bothered to notify me. That was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I also believe I was profiled as a Black African American man. The way I was treated compared to others was unacceptable and discriminatory. On top of that, the workplace conditions are disgusting. There are cockroaches on the walls, the environment is dirty, and the staff behaves unprofessionally. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management is disorganized, disrespectful, and they barely trained me before expecting me to carry the workload. I am a hard‑working man, and no one has the right to mistreat me. I will not stay silent about what I went through. I want this company to understand the pain, disrespect, and humiliation I experienced. No employee deserves to be treated this way.

4 outta 5 times they got my order wrong. Food is great. People working just don’t understand sometimes. I show them the same order on Uber Eats and they say they don’t have that item in store so What’s going on.
