Let’s order something simple. Meat and bread. First time has everything. Second time it’s the same pita but you literally just pulled the stuff off. And then you disappear and just hear the hell out of it and think it’s a joke. Just don’t go here. They can’t handle simple and I mean simple orders.

I went back and forth on making this review food is always awesome after working 10 hours yesterday we decided that we would just go through the drive-thru and order our dinner ordered the Philly sandwich with only onions and peppers when we went to pull out of the drive-thru I noticed there was lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich so I went in and I let them know the manager was very nice she's like okay let me get it fixed but the woman in the back who was making the food was very rude she said what was supposed to be on this and I said I just want it with no lettuce and tomatoes she said that's not what I asked but literally that is what you asked she was very snide and rude right in front of her manager and the manager looked at me and said I'm very sorry she's just having a difficult day I get that but that's not how you speak to someone who's paying money there and the manager said he just rang it up wrong it said no onions and no peppers but when I got the sandwich the peppers and onions we're on there too so if she was going off their screen she got it wrong the first time also if I didn't want peppers and onions but again the food is always awesome there but from now on I will just have my food delivered to the house because that is just unacceptable to treat a customer like that

I ordered a Fries and a side salad side salad they refused to give us the side salad I have been coming to the store for a long time so now I'm not coming anymore I hate this fast food I wish I can give it a zero Stars?️

What I ordered was a fried tilapia filet. What I got was a uniformly thin piece of fish, 1/4" thin. Been eating tilapia for years and know what they look like. Took the fish inside to show them. They asked what's wrong. I picked it up and they asked, "too thin?"I didn't even have to tell them. They asked the cook and she said yeah that's tilapia. She said sorry, that's just the way it came to us... So the way they do business there is to pass it on to you, when they should have put it aside and fried another piece instead. I paid $11 for that... with a small soda.So they lost another customer. Never again.

HelloYesterday I order grilled shrimp bowl everything on it except black beans. But my grilled shrimp bowl has no mushrooms. I ask at counter why no mushrooms in my bowl. They give me ungrilled mushrooms to add to my bowl.

I had a late night order of a grilled chicken bowl and my daughter ordered it no spiceIt's so spicy I can't eat it and plan on asking for another or a refund when they open back up at 10 am

I ordered the two burgers for $8.99. Both with onions only. One came out correctly and one with all topping. Older lady at counter wanted to not correct incorrect burger and said I must have ordered it that way. Original counter person who took order agreed with me and this seemed to infuriate her. She then provided a correct burger. My wife ordered a #1 with salad as side, counter person offered Greek salad and wife happily accepted. When food came out it had a side salad vs Greek. Older lady once again jumped in and said Greek wasn't a option and counter person being new was incorrect and if I wanted Greek I would have to pay more. After a very heated discussion she finally gave me a Greek but then was rude and super aggressive about providing dressing. Terrible Experience.
