Bakery department lacks desire. Attempted to place an order and the lady gets angry and drops the F word. Of course my cake does not resemble what was ordered.
Will be looking into a Costco membership.

Waste of money and time. They are understaffed or something. In 2.5 years they have had what I ordered at the cafe 3 times. Apparently 2 hours before the store closes, they miraculously run out of all but one type of pizza.

They have renovated this sams club. The store manager has done an exceptional job of turning the store around recently. I used to go exclusively to the UTC Sam's Club but now they are both really nice!

I have been a long time Sam’s member and I am really starting to regret renewing these last few years. We go to the store on 30th st e and between the poor customer service, to lack of employer assistance, to employee racism to customers out is becoming too much. Today I went in paid for my items and wanted to leave to see a line of about 20 people to just get out the door and only one person checking there, I saw a group of 5 managers in the front laughing and kidding, and asked if they could get some help at the door. All 5 looked around as off of well and then continued their conversation never sent help. I thanked the woman at the door and said I am sorry you have such poor managers that won’t send you help. This is not the first time either. After over 10 years of membership I am thinking I will try Cosco or BJs

Things have changed this year you used to be able to walk in on the right side buy food sit and eat it there or order hole pizza to go and walk out without haveing a sam's card just like costco, now you have to have a membership card to enter both sides. The hot dog and bottomless drink for $1.50 looks like it has a smaller hot dog now. The other day there was no musterd to put on or ionon and all the drinks were mostly water with no taste, the price is good but food has sliped. The serving time was teriable one person doing every thing. The browny sunday mashine was also broken.

Not allowed an opportunity to go in and find out for myself if a Sam's club membership is worth my money or time before I commit. No thanks I'll stick to Costco, they're happy to have me.
