Scuderia Italian Cuisine and Pizza in Bradenton, Florida

We walked over from a hotel to order a pizza! So happy we did! It was so delicious! The perfect crust and sauce! We are from North Dakota and will make sure to come back when visiting! Next time I will add the eggplant parm to the order!

Ordered spaghetti with basil pesto and the bread basket to go and YUM!! The pesto is creamy and delicious, the bread and its dipping butter is light and airy. Will be back to try the pizza!! Wish the vodka sauce was made without meat- I’m sure it’s delicious 😋

Having been to Ventura’s on Longboat Key many times, we were so happy to see that they opened one closer to us in Bradenton! Same amazing food and same great service!

Fantastic place! Food taste just like on LBK and the restaurant is super cute! Love being able to see everyone working in the kitchen and the fresh pizza they are making. Definitely will be back!

Bring Gios back!! Stopped by before hitting the movies, what harm can pizza slices do before a movie….you’d be surprised. To start, walked in completely ignored. Stared at by kitchen staff, while the only two (2) waiters for the entire restaurant are no where to be found. Okay fine, whatever I’ll take a seat at the bar. No service for a decent amount of time, no menus im just sitting there trying to make eye contact with anyone that works there. The bar was dirty and not cleaned after people had obviously been served a while ago. Finally! The waiter comes. They’re cool, have no clue what’s going on, but at least nice. When it comes to the pizza I ordered, it was actually terrible. COLD, greasy as helllllllllllllllllll, no flavor beyond salt. And it’s worst offense: Clearly microwaved. Don’t come here, they don’t even have a liquor license, you can’t even get drunk to enjoy the food. Only saving grace was that it put me down $15 bones for four slices of, again, cold pizza. Save your time and toilet. Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Bring Gios back!!

Great restaurant with wonderful Italian food. Pastas are very good. They used to sell half portions of everything which was a perfect amount of food at a perfect price. Only complaint is them not having that option anymore and the water being served tastes like pool water.

My friends have told me that this is the best place for Italian in Bradenton. I tried it for the first time tonight and it didn’t disappoint. The pizza was delicious and the owner went out of his way to find some truffle oil for me. Super nice guy and great atmosphere on a Sunday night. Can’t wait to come back.

**12/4/2024 update**

I got a chance to go back to Scuderia last night with my cousin who was visiting. Wow. It’s still on my mind. Quite possibly the freshest Chicken Alfredo I’ve ever had. Made from scratch, it was more than I could eat, but I couldn’t stop. The chicken breasts were so tender I didn’t need a knife to cut them. The bowtie pasta was perfect al dente, and my request for fresh shrimp and mushrooms were delicious along with the broccoli. My cousin was equally impressed with his dish.

Food is good. Only issue I have is an inconsistent pizza. Sometimes it's perfect and sometimes not so much.

They were amazing!! We ordered late night after a long day and went to pick up the pizzas. We unfortunately dropped one of them when taking the pizzas to the car and they offered to remake it at no charge. This will always be our top choice for pizza!! Thank you Scuderia team!!

Legit delicious food. The tomato sauce/gravy is homemade and you can tell - so fresh and tasty. Eggplant Parmesan was somehow still a bit crispy under the sauce & cheese. The sausage pasta with spicy peppers had a great flavor & a little kick. I was drooling over the thin-crust pizzas the table next to us ordered. Mozzarella salad - super fresh. Cozy ambiance & a cute bar. *Chef’s kiss* Can’t wait to return!
