Lovely restaurant. As visiting from oversees, we always love Thai food. Siam Thai didn’t disappoint. We had a very warm welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. We had massaman curry, pad thai and stir fry with Thai basil. All delicious!

Its our first night in Bradenton visiting family, I have been here so many times but haven't been here in the last five years. Which would explain why i haven't found this GEM of a place. I cant say enough good things about May the owner/server. She made us feel like regulars. You can tell she listens to all her customers and has molded her business to suit them and make every dining experience what they want. We had papaya salad thats was delicious. My husband loves spicey, i don't, they made spice level in between and it was perfect for us to share. Plus she has a spice tray. My husband got the cashew chicken stir fry and i had shrimp pad thai. The sauces were amazing and veggies fresh! Just the way we like it! Coming from New Jersey and we have traveled, This food was just as good as my favorite thai food in Hilo, Hawaii. I am so happy i got to enjoy in Mays food before she ventures off to her next journey. Many blessing to May and her family and hope your next journey brings you to wonderful places…like making more delicious food to share with the world.

Ordered take out dinner for our family and it was incredibly delicious. Highly highly recommend the khaw (khao) soi and crab rangoon. We also ordered the pad Thai (with both chicken and beef), pad see ew, and panang curry and those were all also delicious.
The khaw soi had a decent amount of spice already so you may not need to add any more.
My husband would probably say that the “medium to hot” wasn’t hot enough but the rest of our family found it just spicy enough.
We ordered this at 6:22 and it was confirmed and ready by 6:45 on a Saturday night.
The restaurant was also very responsive and even called to let us know that a specific (minor) ingredient was missing and if we were okay with a substitution rather than just assuming.

Have been here probably 5-6 times over the years and it has always been good...Just went for the first time in probably at least a year or so. The waitress appeared to be training, which i understand, but the waitress doing the training needs to pay attention and help. The training waitress took our appetizer orders and never returned for main orders...Never brought plates, wife ordered a glass of wine and girl went and sat down to eat and talk... Had to call her over again 5 minutes later and remind her(in an empty restaurant). 15 minutes later other waitress happened by to take menus away and we told her we never had gotten to order main courses! Also had to remind her when ordering that entree came with choice of soup or salad. Food was a lot like the service- Black pepper steak was very very rare. House wine was 11.88 per glass for very small pour. I have had good experiences at this restaurant in the past. Not so tonight. I really felt like they didn't care, or perhaps something was wrong in the kitchen as well?? Not sure. Will not return. There are other good Thai restaurants in town.

Absolute best Thai we’ve EVER had. It’s so clean that Mae makes everything with love and that is what makes her restaurant stand out from all the rest!! Be sure to try the Thai Tea! Our first time trying it and it was insane. Also the pad Thai!!! Wow. So much flavor!

I enjoyed the Pad See Ew but the rest of the menu looked absolutely delicious. There are also a few dishes with a local spin including some dishes with Grouper.
