Every time I come here they always mess up my smoothie.It always taste like they use dairy Way blend instead of protein blend. The proteins are never right in ANY smoothie I order. When I get peanut butter they overdo it when I get one scoop of peanut butter it’s like they double the Scoop. Even after I specify. You need to tell your employees to slow down and make the Smoothie correct. They don’t have recipes memorized like they think and they just throw what ever in the blender. It is really angering because the smoothies are expensive as it is so can they just do their job and make the Smoothie right it’s not that hard. They need to re go through training because EVERY single time it’s messed up!

Been a customer & fan of SK for many years now and as of lately it seems that the persons taking orders at the drive thru always have something off-base to say. I order the same exact thing every visit and I customize my order through substitution. When a customer asks to omit or substitute any particular ingredient, whether the counter person THINKS that ingredient is in it or not, the answer is OKAY. That's it. Everytime I order my smoothie I get, "Oh, that's not in it", when in fact, IT IS. Just do as the customer asks and shut it up. I'm literally sick of requesting a particular ingredient to be omitted , for allergy reasons, and they insist it's not in it so they don't put the request on the order, then low & behold, the smoothie doesnt taste right OR 20 mins later, I'm getting an allergic reaction.For the redheaded dotted face chick at this location who always has some remark when i order substitutions, pls just hush and do as you're asked

I just left came for the pumpkin smoothie . It was chunky not well blended and for 8.00 for a small you think it would be filled up more . The smoothie was filled below the thicker rim . I will not be back and will make my own or go to tropical smoothie . I am disappointed bc I come 2-3 a week all year for seasonal blends but will not be back

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been going 3-5 days a week for over a year. They just had a switch over in staff recently and they are finally catching on. Maybe a few more smiles would help from some of the new employees. Otherwise, they all are making the smoothies the right way.

Service was horrible. I came in to use the batheroom and came out to order and neither of the girls were out in the lobby like they should be. I had to yell hello 3 times no response. I had to go open the front door for them to come back out to the lobby. I've been in this industry before and for a long time at that. Poor customer service I would have to say.

I was here the other day ordered 2 smoothies both smoothies were incorrect and not what they said was given to me.So the next day I give it another shot, I order 2 smalls a carribean way and strawberry kiwi both with multivitamins. I get a large and a small. I drive off taste it and it's a strawberry bannana.This is completely unacceptable I get someone else's smoothie probably and not what I paid for.Both times was the same young kid that worked the window. This place needs to step up their game !!

Service was extremely slow, two workers were in the back not attending to any customers and the other worker came out from the back to take a drive thru order that arrived 5 minutes after I was waiting in line. If you're looking for a smoothie or acai bowl DONT GO HERE unless you have an hour to spare.

I was at Lockwood Ridge & 53rd ave East this morning at 10:52 am.I ordered a power meal spinach pineapple..When it was ready I asked Bryce ..Why isn't it green? Which it should be ..He replied idk it has spinach in it..Ok but it isn't green .He did not bother to come over & look at it. He talk from a distanced..He didn't offer to remake it ...I spent $13.23 with a tip for a smoothie that I didn't even drink..I have at least 3 or more spinach pineapple smoothies a wk..

I hit this place almost daily. They definitely don't deserve the low Yelp rating they have currently! Don't think twice, this place is great. Smoothies are delicious and so many to choose from. They'll make it the way you want it. Employees are so professional andcourteous. I give it a A+ always!

We went to this location like we do often and ordered just a yogurt delight with cocoa and bananas. We pulled away and my daughter tried it and it was not correct so we pulled back through the line told the guy again and for the second time it was wrong this time he put peanut butter. What if she would’ve had a peanut allergy which is very common. The guy at the window had two friends that kept coming through in a golf cart fooling around so he was probably distracted
