Last Sunday, February 23rd, I stopped a Sonic around 11:25 am. I ordered just a Sonic Cheesburger within a few minutes of pulling in, so far so good. Then I noticed people walking up and knocking on the employee only door. It looked like one person was working very slowly. After 19 minutes of waiting fir my food, I left empty handed. Glad I was gonna pay cash. I have never had an issue at this Sonic until now. I don't think I'll be back.

I tried to place an order at the Sonic in Bradenton on Hwy 41. After 10 min of waiting, the screen said, "We'll be with you soon". They never came and drove away, along with several other cars.

They give me the wrong food and live over a hour away was doing Lyft in the Sarasota area I asked for marinara so I would’ve thought they would’ve gave me what I asked for which was Motts but no, they gave me jalapeño bites when I never said anything about that

Everything is good and the prices are better than other places.
Every time I've ordered from here either from doordash or in person there's an issue whether it's cold (and I mean cold not just room temp) or missing items or rude employees. My boyfriend just tried to get us food after an extremely long and disappointing day and chose this sonic because of the distance to our house and ordered 20 something dollars of food, waited for a good minute and when he went to pay they couldn't break a 50 which was all that was on him. You can't make 30 dollars change at 6 at night?? Will not be ordering from here again. Lesson learned.

I didn’t know fast food ment smoking fast in the back I’m sitting here with my family of 5 when I all of sudden a malicious amount of homeless invalid the area an searching the ground on top that the worker had the guts to ask for a 3.50 tip idk who got 3.50 laying around but not me

Moldy food was served to my family. The only response was asking if I wanted it remade. My son has been sick since being served moldy. We will never return to Sonic. When I contacted customer support the just responded with “Thank you for the complaint report”. This is unacceptable
