I’ve gotten 2 meals from this sonic and each time it’s served with attitude from the juveniles, everything is incorrect, cold, or missing items. Just skip it

If can zero star I would garbage service Waste of time The woman was cursing on the headset after taking our order waited 20min for another lady approached us and ask if we have order which we said yes 20min ago she took our order again waited another 20min we never received our order service sucks there were only 5 cars total around the building never coming back

we got our food home, chili dogs and tater tots with chili were barely warm, I ordered these croissant bites they were flavorless no coating nothing inside HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Darker skinned lady, wearing a bonnet and sweatpants is hands down the nastiest individual I have ever seen. I pull up to a lane for 15 minutes and wait after hitting the button four times. Other guests pulling up next to me were already getting their orders taken and only hitting the button once. I pull into another lane hit the button another 3 times and no response but sweatpants lady comes walking out the door looking the least bit professional, attitude written on her face, and doesn’t know how to respond to guests in a friendly manner. I asked why the order wasn’t being addressed and the response was were a little busy and that lane doesn’t work. Proceeded to ask why signs weren’t up advising guests not to use the broken lane and the response was “If this service ain’t good enough for you then just leave”. Being a business leader in the area, this employee would be terminated effective immediately. Horrible brand representation, horrible guest experience and down right rude, dismissive, and immature. Before the interaction this individual was on her personal phone near the building talking loud on speaker talking about multiple baby daddies, drugs, and other explicit/raunchy topics. You will NEVER get my business again nor a good recommendation.
Took 30minutes for a mini Sonic Blast with no toppings. Not busy at all, 3 cars in the parking lot.

Last Sunday, February 23rd, I stopped a Sonic around 11:25 am. I ordered just a Sonic Cheesburger within a few minutes of pulling in, so far so good. Then I noticed people walking up and knocking on the employee only door. It looked like one person was working very slowly. After 19 minutes of waiting fir my food, I left empty handed. Glad I was gonna pay cash. I have never had an issue at this Sonic until now. I don't think I'll be back.
