Purchased at Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso at another Starbucks location on 64 near I-75 and drank it when almost home. It was awful, very, very bitter. I stopped at this Starbucks close to home and the one I usually go to and asked if the could add something to make it taste better otherwise it was a waste of $8. The manager Analisha said, we will make you another one instead. She stated they likely used regular shots instead of blonde shots and could tell by looking at the color of the drink. Great recovery customer service to this young lady! Thank you Analisha ( spelling?).

Every time I’ve gone to this Starbucks it’s been a bad experience and waste of money. I get a shaken espresso which I understand is an ice based drink but they jam so much ice in it that it’s 3 sips of coffee. I also spend $8 to always receive either too sweet or watered down coffee on top of it being jam packed with ice. Such a rip off. Save your money and go to the Starbucks East of this location on SR64 next to I75- the workers and coffee is great there.
