I went to this location on Manatee Ave in Bradenton. There were approximately 7 people working there including what I thought was a manager. I waited quite a bit for even someone who approached me and asked me about what I wanted. I know that they were really busy with a number of people and the drive-thru but I was not impressed. They have just opened up a new Starbucks closer to where I live on Manatee and I was actually considering leaving the store and going to the other when someone finally asked me what I wanted. The level of friendliness that I saw with the staff was not that great. I think I would definitely rethink coming to this particular Starbucks next time.

Well I'm the type of customer that's first in line when they open. But I'm allergic to dairy and I order Oat milk. But I was served Cow's milk twice. The manager asked me if I was going to be ok. I said yes I will just be sick for a week and she said ok have a good day. I'm not going back..

I put in a mobile order on the app thinking this was the correct location. Unfortunately it wasn't, but Shen was really kind and went out of his way to make our drinks right then and there. Shen was even thinking about the other store and had me call them to let them know that I was unable to make it and was having them made here. This store really knows how to take care of their customers. I really appreciate their efforts and I will be back soon.

After spending a fun evening at Anna Maria Beach, we were looking for warm milk for our infant and searched for a Starbucks near our area.
We were just in time before closing, and we ordered warm milk for our kid as well as egg bites. Another great thing was that the restrooms were clean, and we got to refresh ourselves.
We also soon received our warm milk, and we gave our infant whole milk, which was good for him. Additionally, we had egg bites, which proved to be a great dinner for our child.
Starbucks stop was great as we got warm milk as well as egg bites, which proved to be a great dinner for our infant.

Hands down the best Starbucks in the area! It does not matter what time of day you stop by or how busy they are their team is always pleasant and happy to provide the best customer service. If something does not turn out how you wanted it they are happy to remake the item to the customers satisfaction. There is a more convenient Starbucks near my placement of employment ,which I actively, avoid to come here instead.

I NEVER write reviews, but this Starbucks truly earned it—in the worst way possible. This was hands down the most miserable experience I’ve ever had at any location. The so-called “shift supervisor,” Kim, was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional at the drive-thru window. I don’t know how someone with that attitude ends up in a leadership position, but it’s a bad look for the store. The only saving grace was the sweet girl working alongside her, who actually made my drink perfectly. Too bad Kim was there to sour the entire interaction. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for simply existing, Kim’s your girl.
