Stopped by the Starbucks in Bradenton on my way to work this morning, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The team was incredibly pleasant, greeting me with warm smiles and a positive attitude. The service was quick and efficient, and my drink was made perfectly. It’s always nice to start the day with friendly faces and great coffee. Their energy and kindness really set the tone for my morning. I’ll definitely be stopping by again. Highly recommend this location!

I came in for the free after superbowl coffee. The lady at the counter asked what I wanted. She didn't greet with a hi or hello. So I said hi and she said hi without looking up. I asked if she was OK. She looked like she didn't want to be there. I showed her my free coffee on the app. She said you can only have regular coffee not lattes,etc. I said ok. So I never got my free coffee because she said I had to be an app member for a year. False advertising. You said download the app preferably on Sunday but if you download the app on Monday tell your barista and they will be happy to help you. Where was my happy barista? Where was my free coffee? So I called a few starbucks numbers to complain. They referred me to different numbers and hung up on me. I finally got through. I spoke with a very nice lady but from a different country. I think starbucks is very overrated and overpriced. I do like the coffee. Maybe I would come and buy something if your employees weren't so cold and unyielding.

When I went there the manager Nic was really rude, and didn’t make my experience any better. He has a way of having passive aggressive tones and was rude to his employees.The person that made my drink Marissa - tone wasn’t very inviting neither and the drink tasted poorly.

Worst Starbucks EVER! Went this morning for a Doppio Machiato and the barista got it wrong twice even after I explained to her how to brew it. She kept making small lattes. Ridiculous. I left without any coffee and without money. Unprofessional and thieves. The app is terrible since it doesn’t let you claim your money back.

This was the unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in the USA. At first the staff made fun of us and in the end they made us the wrong coffee. It was remade, but no one apologized for this mistake.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in Bradenton. The drinks are made terribly and the inside lobby is not clean. After experiencing this more than once I would definitely pick any other Starbucks to go to besides this one. Save your time and money and do not go here. If you wouldn’t drink or eat it then don’t serve it to a paying customer!

To the owner You say they'll remake my drink for free, but that's not the problem. It's almost like you didn't read my review. The only time I had a problem with my drink (of the 3 times) was AFTER I'd finished drinking it AT HOME. Was I supposed to go back to the store and ask for a free drink after I finished the one they gave me because the last inch of it was loaded with coffee grounds? Yeah, what would that drink have looked like? And yes, I live close, but why would I want to get back in my car and drive back after I'd already finished my drink? Then I was charged incorrectly twice. Once was fixed bc I emailed corporate, once was not (bc I didn't email corporate? Maybe I should). THOSE are my three problems with my last three visits to this store. I won't be returning... At least not for a LONG time.
UPDATE: AUGUST 2024 CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! They will screw you at this store whenever they can.
Ok... Third strike, you lose. I ordered a grande nonfat caramel vanilla iced coffee, which is $4.95 on YOUR app, but you charge $5.25 when you order it at the counter. When I called after I got home, Sabrina said, "Sorry. That's our price vs corporate. I can't change the price for you." So if I had ordered the same flippin' drink at the same flippin' store thru your app, I would have saved $0.30.
It sucks bc this store is literally one block away from my house. ------- Ok, I let the first time slide, especially since when I emailed corporate they took good care of me, but when they messed up again, I gotta say something here. First, most of you know I'm a veghead. I ordered their new pesto egg frittata sandwich and they gave me (and charged me for) a maple chicken sandwich. I caught it before I left and got it switched out, but when I asked if there was a difference in price, they told me it cost the same, so I walked out the door and basically got scammed for about $0.50, bc they do NOT cost the same. As I said though, corporate took care of it with an email. Good things I caught it, though. Then today, I ordered a venti caramel vanilla swirl iced coffee (OMG delish!) and they promptly served me a grande (in the drive-thru). This time they charged me correctly. Sadly, when I finished, though, I choked on half a teaspoon of coffee grounds (see photo) ??. What a terrible way to finish a great coffee! It sucks bc this store is right across the street from my house. Am I going to have to drive 5 miles to go to another SBX when one is a block from my house? SMH. Come on, SBX, turn that staff over! ....... This place goes up and down with the friendliness of their staff, which seems to have a high turn over. I think I was told once it's a training store. Half the time the "hot" sandwiches are cold in the middle.
Vegetarian options: They have several hot Veg sandwiches including the impossible sausage sandwich and now the pesto frittata sandwich, both of which are amazingly delicious. They also have oatmeal and other veg pastries. Good stuff!
I don't think the girl at the window should be asking if we want our change back. I was gonna leave a tip like I always do but I think that's rude. To ask that. wow
