This location on 41 and 53 in Bradenton manages to have the worst customer service in the business. I asked for an Americano with the cream on the side, and the Starbucks associate barked at me twice that the cream was in the self-service counter. I only asked once. However, in an act of altruism, I left almost two dollars as a tip for a small Americano; I guess it wasn't enough for them to call me when my order was ready on the counter.

The "lead" here needs to be trained on how to be respectful to customers. Within fifteen minutes of me arriving, she walks up to my table and asks me if I'm "going to make a purchase" which I was originally planning the whole time. I said that I would and she walks back to her little perch. Less than thirty minutes later she walks up to me again and says "Listen here, I don't mean to be a bug, but if you're not going to make a purchase here, then you need to leave." I asked her if she treats all customers this way, and she said "yes" (major red flag). I responded with "You're not being courteous, so I'm leaving". "Okay, have a good night." She responds with a sadistic demeanor. Pay attention, people! This is exactly what we get when our society fails to address the mental health crisis of the country and I highly doubt that my experience here didn't have anything to do with my ethnicity.

Best Starbucks hands down. Drinks are always perfect and if they aren’t they make no fuss of making it just right. They greet you and are extremely friendly I wish I could give it 100 stars.

Went in to order a coffee. Just a few shots and some steamed milk, nothing fancy, not involved, no food. I didn't tip. The woman gave me a strange look. Then I got my coffee, no second cup to keep it cooler (the cardboard straps are too big) and the lid was only partially affixed. Coincidence? I think not. I'm still not tipping at Starbucks. Get rid of that tipping before question. I used to tip when it was a question AFTER I received my coffee. But before? That's trying to guilt me into it. Huge no.
