I ordered a dark roast coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugars. My wife ordered a sweetened latte through the drive thru. I got a cup of black unsweetened coffee and hers had no sugar. Check your order before driving off! Not worth the cost for the lack of quality service.

Both times I went location was a mess counters were sticky and had trash on them and the cashier was short and not friendly. Will try again in a few months to see if they improved

Second time this has happened, I come around the drive thru line and I was behind 3 cars. I waited which I understand but when it came to my turn to order after the 3 cars I was made to wait another 5mins to order. My baby was already starting to get fussy so I just wanted to go already. Once I got to drive thru, my drink and pastry was already there in the counter and a ushort lady with brown curly hair looks at me and walks away to go pour some water for another guest. They have a 2 mins mark to get orders done and out in time at drive thru and this lady just causally walks around, talking with coworkers and guest while I wait in line for my drink that’s already made on the counter. She finally comes back takes my payment without acknowledging me and “ have a nice day” or nothing. By that time I was annoyed and I just wanted to leave. Very rude service, no apology about the wait and they weren’t that busy. Approximately I was there and drive-through for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

I ordered a Vanilla Beam frappucino and the lady told me that she doesnt have change for a 50$ Bill?!? A famous worldwide company doesnt have change?i couldnt buy my drink i think its embarrasing that a company like that doesnt have change?Im very disapointed definetly switching to Dunkin donuts coffee this isnt the first time it happend.

Lucy is never nice or even speaks to me at all but she certainly LOVES my husband. Ladies, do yourselves a favor you & your husbands drive to Manatee. Great customer service & wonderful drinks. Plus they realize they are at work to serve awsome drinks & such not to get a date. She should be fired.

I usually don't have any issues at this location, however, this morning I went there with my daughter. She ordered something for her dad and for herself. The barista at the drive thru window didn't even speak to me other than to give me a total. We got the drinks and came home. My daughter got to the bottom of her salted caramel cold brew, and it was all gelatinous. She ended up getting sick because of that. When we both tried calling, it'll just ring, give us a busy signal or it'll be picked up and hung back up. I get that it does get busy but no need to hang up on the customer!

Having been in the service industry for decades, I can tell you that this Starbucks needs new management. Inefficiency starts at the top and trickles down. I've visited this location several times (only because of its convenient location) and every time there has been an issue. From long waits to unprofessional employees to constant supply shortages (no napkins/straws for days (weeks?), etc). The app pick-up area is constantly a disaster with orders scattered haphazardly everywhere. I've never been greeted by an employee or felt welcomed in any way. The atmosphere in the store is dismal; like barely controlled chaos mixed with indifference. Somehow, their order accuracy has been 100% but it feels like I've just been lucky. Stop here only if you're desperate.
