Don't just assume that the order is to go. It's better to ask when taking the order whether it is for here or to go. I ordered a latte and a piece of cake. Everything was handed to me in the brown bag with no napkins, no cutlery. When you expect tip from the customers, then also treat your customer the right way....

I was really impressed with Kelly. My wife and I have been there before and I've noticed how attentive and quickly she picks up on what the customer's needs are. Great customer service!
Seldom is my order correct, the staff is very very nice but only 1/5 workers can make a drink correctly. There's a flashing light outside that makes this Starbucks impossible to want to go to, you know it's for the large homeless population in the area, there's constantly people on the corner with signs but instead of just dealing with it they decided that everyone has to suffer with a flashing light. Go through the drive thru?? Migraine. Park and it's still extremely annoying, better to just go to a different coffee store all together if the owner wants customers to suffer for the sake of "anti-homeless aesthetics"

Been coming here for a little over a year now. Service has always been pretty slow, but employees were polite and welcoming so I continued to go when I was in the area. The last couple of visits have been awful. The To-go barista is amazingly rude and unhelpful. I've heard other customers talking about how bad it is when I've been waiting for my order. Environment just seems hostile and unwelcoming now, in addition to service being slow.

I visit multiple Starbucks several times a week and this location was quite a surprise to me. I’ve never really been at a Starbucks where the staff was rude.
Two of the three baristas (the two ladies) were unfriendly and downright rude. One flat out ignored me when I stood right in front of her and asked for a fork. She literally never acknowledged met at all when I was at the counter. Then a man came over and said he didn’t know about my coffee order because he had just gotten back from a break.
Then they forgot my drink order twice and I had to remind them that they only gave me my food order and not my drinks. (I placed two orders at different times because after our snack my daughter wanted more.) They don’t seem to know how to work together to get an order right. There were only two other people in the store so it was not busy at all. This was a Tuesday afternoon at 4:15 pm. Strange for a Starbucks.
