Starbucks I absolutely love you lavender cold foam it is delicious I have gotten my favorite drink from yall 4 times it’s the pink drink with lavender cold foam and it is amazing hopefully it will stick to being on the menu because I love it ??

Me and my kid have to wait for two sandwiches to be just wormed up for 15 minutes. Very bad customer service. They don't have paper for receipts or any napkins. They are so disrespectful.

The drinks are great but the barista I spoke with (the manager) was short with me and wouldn’t honor a “buy one get one” that I showed him in the app. I used to work at Starbucks and the service I got was not how we were trained to deal with customers at all.

It could be a decent place to hangout, however, the service was horrible!!! The employees weren't energetic, and I felt like they were forcing themselves to work. They were not smiling, and the cashier seemed like she had just woken up and didn't have the energy to get our orders. The barista who prepared our drinks didn't make it right the way other Starbucks made it. The employees need to retraining how to do their job properly and how to smile and be energetic.

Was just in the drive though, didn’t catch the employees name but she was Asian. Very rude. An montone to my pregnant girlfriend. Couldn’t even had us the card reader and had to ask for a straw. Couldn’t say have a good day. Very disappointed with this Starbucks.

Always have issues at this store. Staff isn’t friendly if there’s any problems. Most recently served me a cold brew that was room temp. I get the same drink every time and it’s served cold. They made me seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. If you’re paying $5 for a drink it should be right. Starbucks on 70 and I75 is the best one around. I’ll just stick to that one.
