I was told by the cashier to pick another drink because they don’t add extra ice to frappes 😂 I told her I had never ever had an issue with extra ice being added to my frappe at any Starbucks location. I drove to another location 5m away and got exactly what I always order with no push back. I won’t ever return to that location again!

I went into this Starbucks and it was an awful experience sandy was running the cash register and she was super rude and made me feel very unwelcome. it seemed like everything I ordered was a huge inconvenience to her, usually when I go there the staff is so nice but I’ll make sure not to go back when she’s around.

Julibeth was the rudest barista I have ever encountered....... Very disappointed today I walked out without my coffee They keep changing the blonde roast coffee.And it is horrible tasting...... Now these people don't want to do a pour over and they're telling me they don't have the former blonde roast, so I'll find coffee elsewhere where maybe the staff is not rude with an attitude towards the customers...... Do not recommend this barista, JuliBeth. Has terrible attitude with customers Horrible experience at state road 64, Starbucks on K road. No one should have to deal with a service worker's attitude like this one.....Julibeth She needs to learn the Meaning of customer service....... She obviously hasn't been taught how to treat people by her parents No school or job can do that for them So unfortunate
