Starbucks in itself is always a pleasant place to visit. The staff here are really nice. The employee who worked around 6PM is always professional and nice. She completed my order every day. Only give her kudos bc she had excellent customer service compared to the one I had visited closer to the Gulf in Bradenton. There are businesses weekly, and the last thing you want to experience is someone who hates their job. I am so thankful for the amazing staff at this location ?
i’m a regular at this location and i was told today is bogo on drinks. the guy up front didn’t mention it at all when i asked him he just said scan your app when i asked about it. didn’t ask what other drink i wanted for the bogo deal. kind of absurd when you literally promote it on the app and emails but can’t be mentioned in drive thru and feel rushed on top of that.
Chai latte was ok! But I had it way tastier in other locations.Most helpful, important thing they do here is, they recycle all the coffee grounds. They keep it in packs near the entrance for customers to pick it up for their compost pile/use it in their garden. Love it!
