A HUGE shout out to Skylar at Drive thru tonite on 11/13 at the Starbucks st 7386 52nd Place East on SR 70 near I-75. My husband & I left work from downtown Bradenton,trying to find a Starbucks that had red cups left. After calling several Starbucks, I called this Starbucks location & Skylar answered. I told him I could not find any red cups as they were gone in several other locations. Skylar said he had just a few left & he saved two cups for Jim & I! Skylar was so kind & thoughtful to do this for us! He has a great personality at the drive-thru & very helpful. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKYLAR!! WE APPRECIATE YOU!! We WILL be back to get our coffee at this Starbucks!! Thank you Skylar! Robin & Jim

Ordered holiday drink online specifically for the reusable holiday cup. Did not receive cup. Called and had to drive all the way back. Walked in to show drink and they handed me an empty cup. No apology or acknowledgement of my inconvenience at all! Couldn’t even be bothered to replace drink in the empty cup I was handed. And Starbucks wonders why they’re struggling?! Replace workers with some that actually care. They are paid higher than most and now I hear they want to strike?! Let ‘em and replace with non-union and maybe we won’t have to pay $6-9 for a drink! Dunkin’ is not struggling.

Had a great experience, so much more peaceful here than at other locations. This place has the nicest manager (Ms. Sonia) who saw me looking at my drink a little funny. I liked it, but was acting annoying for my daughter who switched my milk to oatmilk on me without me knowing when she ordered for me (oh, but I did know!, I saw it on the app!). Ms. Sonia came over to ask me how my drink was and wanted to know if she could make me a different one since I was acting like it tasted weird for my daughter. Where do you get customer service like this anymore?! It just doesn't exist, except here! Thank you so much for making my day Ms. Sonia! I did enjoy the oatmilk and had to let my daughter know... she will not let me forget it! :-)

Loved the atmosphere! The staff was so nice! This has the best manager ever! She noticed that I had not drank my latte fast enough and it had clearly cooled off so she went and brought me a new one. I am bringing everyone from my office here for our weekly meetings from now on!
The manager is so sweet! She always goes around and asks how people are doing, checking in on their orders to make sure everything meets their expectations, the seating area is always impeccable and the staff are so friendly and always remember how I like my pastries warmed up, even if I forget (which I do these days, more and more!)! This location is truly special because of Mrs. Sonia!
