We went to another Starbucks- no red holiday cups! So, we called this one and they quickly picked up and joyfully said they had aplenty! We arrived on my son’s birthday and they celebrated him with cheer. BUT- then something amazing happened. One of the baristas- Asia, gave my younger son a pup cup with sprinkles and made his day. Ive been coming to this starbucks for quite a while now and lately many things have been off. I order a shaken espresso and some days its filled to the top and other days there is so much room. Very inconsistent, especially in the afternoons.

Fast, and right off the interstate with ample space. They have an unusually large outdoor seating area for a Starbucks including outdoor couches. This Starbucks staff took our order even though they were closing (we didn't realize it when we came in).

Ordered a pike coffee with cream, it was close to noon and clearly it was not fresh as it was cold. When I returned I was told I had to drive around so they could take care of the customer behind me, also no apology. They need to work on their customer service. Will not return.
It was great until the current manager took over. The staff is okay, but it's incredibly clear this woman doesn't know how to run a business and if you try to complain to corporate there's no way to do so.
