I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks! The drinks are consistently good, and the staff are always friendly and upbeat, which makes for a nice experience. The only drawback is the drive-thru — the parking lot is pretty cramped and can get crowded, so it sometimes feels a bit tight maneuvering through.
Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee, but if you’re in a rush, be prepared for a little wait if the drive-thru is busy.

Don’t know what is going on, this is the second time I go and employees are slow and not knowledgeable! I sat at the drive thru window for a total of 4 minutes without anyone talking to me or anything. She was taking another order, and not until she finished completely with that was I given my food and drink. There’s usually two people there

I accidentally ordered on the mobile app to the store in the mall, but didn’t find that out until I went through the drive-through. They Honored my order for me anyway, so that I wasn’t late to work! They were super nice about it too!

I went to here to get my drink and my boyfriend was on a motorcycle he parked in front of the store like he always does when we go anywhere. we walked inside and had the cops called and were yelled at to move the bike. Then we were waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take our order while the one person was in the back went outside to take a picture of the motorcycle. we waited 25 minutes while everyone just looked at us and continued doing other things. I will be telling everyone i know to not come to this one and to go to a different one. They were very rude and acted like we were not there even when my boyfriend left.
