I go to Starbucks daily although sometimes it hurts my wallet it’s worth it the staff is always on point the staff is always happy friendly and willing to make you feel welcome the staff and crew have mastered customer service this is the crew is amazing and deserves recognition 🙏🏻💛

Wow! Eddie's positivity jumped out of the Drive-Thru speaker and into my car. What a great way to start my morning, especially with so much sadness around town after Helene's destruction to the homes and lives of our Manatee County neighbors to our West. His joyful personality and excellence in customer service is without a doubt an asset to this Starbucks and a huge plus for its customers like me. And then you come around the corner and encounter Zander, equally helpful and providing the same level of customer service. Before getting in the drive through line, I loaded my card, only to have Zander take the time to point out that I had enough starts to make today's visit FREE, yep ABSOLUTELY FREE. Thank you Eddie for a great start to my day and Zander for adding to it. You guys are a great team and you are appreciated.

Went through drive thru, gentleman at window was the best person I have ever seen at any drive through, he is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, and upsold everything he could in a fun but not pushy way, he definitely made the experience

Great location with beautiful inside and outside seating.
Parking: A lot of parking due to people usually going to the Drive Thru
Paul is always a pleasure and I always look forward to talking to him. Only complaint is that since they remodeled this location, you can barely turn around inside which is why I don’t frequent as much as I used to.

Just purchased hot tea. Grabbed the venti cup and the lid wasn’t on fully. The cup collapsed and spilled half of the tea all over me. Got all over my arm and in my interior of my car. Luckily the tea wasn’t as hot as usual. The suede in my car is messed up tho. Employee didn’t apologize or asked if I was alright. He just said “ oh that’s not supposed to happen”. Then tells a different employee that they put the cap on wrong. Extremely disappointed, from the lack of professionalism and sympathy.

Loved the Summer RefreasherLemonade. Such a interested taste. Little red pellets squish in your mouth. It's a "Cool" drink You can't run out of the pellets 10 days after you introduce the drink. That's horrible supply chain management
