Stopped by Starbucks today on a cold day to grab some coffee. Even though the drive-through line was a bit long, it moved pretty fast. The staff was very friendly, which made the experience even better. Always appreciate the good service.

There is no acknowledgement of customer customiźation. They do not provide drinks with light ice, but are happy to charge for swapping sugar syrup for sugar free. Manipulative.

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks! The drinks are consistently good, and the staff are always friendly and upbeat, which makes for a nice experience. The only drawback is the drive-thru — the parking lot is pretty cramped and can get crowded, so it sometimes feels a bit tight maneuvering through.
Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee, but if you’re in a rush, be prepared for a little wait if the drive-thru is busy.
Not sure the name of the guy working this morning, (08/18/25) he had darker hair & a hat, but he was super sweet over the headset!! And the girl at the window was kind as well. Great customer service. Thanks!!

Don’t know what is going on, this is the second time I go and employees are slow and not knowledgeable! I sat at the drive thru window for a total of 4 minutes without anyone talking to me or anything. She was taking another order, and not until she finished completely with that was I given my food and drink. There’s usually two people there
