Food is good when the order is made correctly but that’s rare. Staff needs retraining on how to read orders as they come in through door dash. I paid for 2 large drinks and received 2 small ones. Ordered 2 burgers. No toppings removed and paid for extra cheese and sauce on one of them. One burger was made without cheese and no toppings and the other burger had all of the toppings on it that should have been on the burger with 2 patties. No sauce on either burger. Receipt attached to my order was printed correctly so I’m not sure where the disconnect is. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are eating your meal inside and can fully inspect your order.

I ordered a banana and chocolate shake, waited 5-10 mins, man asked what order # I was i told him 145. He brought out a banana and something else, I had no clue what it was but it wasn't chocolate and tasted bland. Also, they both had whipped cream and cherry when I ordered without. Very disappointed, as this location is usually good.

First time we’ve been in about 25 years - VERY pleasantly surprised: ) staff were super nice , restaurant clean and food was great! The beef tallow fries were yummy ! Highly recommend: )

Used to be THE BEST place to eat. 💯💯 Adorable, fast and just AMAZING food. Now, nope. Place was dirty, smelled old and moldy. The staff looked miserable except for 1 nice lady. The food was over cooked and just overall wasn't happy. Our family of 5 usually costs us at Steak N Shake about $30/$40 even with shakes. Not this last time. SMH. 😡😞 ALMOST $65!!! 😡 And we all got the same thing we always order. TIGHTEN UP STEAK N SHAKE 💪💪🙏🙏
