I would give zero stars if possible the man making my sub dropped the thing they use to pull subs out of the toaster and put it right back on the counter. I wanted my sub toasted so when it came time for me to order mine he put my sub onto the device before cleaning it, I asked didn't you just drop that on the ground shouldn't you wash it the other guy scolded him and said yes go wash anything you drop he did but came back and tried to continue to toast the same contaminated sub. Needless to say I walked right out they need some serious food safety training in this place.
Been there 3 times and it seems that they are skimping in the meat. I tried different sandwiches each time all with the same lack. I'll try another place until they get their act together.

I went to this location on 5/23 at 7pm. As I walked in there with my boyfriend there were two employees behind the counter finishing up with a customer and there was one other customer in line in-front of me. One of the employees disappeared to the backroom while the other one announced to us all in line that they had to work on online orders so it would be a little while before they could help us. I waited atleast 10 minutes to be helped. The customer in line ahead of me walked out because of the terrible customer service that was being given to us. Instead of one of them disappearing to the backroom she could have made our food while the other employee worked on the mobile orders. My sub is the most basic thing and literally took her 2 minutes tops to make it. I am a manager at another fast food restaurant and we always put guest in-front of us first before online orders. On top of the terrible service the food was not even great after all that and now you have lost two customers that live nearby and refuse to return. Please look into re-training your night crew to have better customer service skills than what they are giving.

Ordered a subway club, ordered dry with packets on the side since we were eating it later. Sandwich had no cheese, roast beef or other items that were asked to be on it, which is part of the club sandwich. Sandwich was wet not dry like ordered. Had to throw sandwich out because it was so soggy. Still waiting on a resolution on reimbursement.

I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the bread was so stale. Had I eaten there, I would have said something. Both times, I didn't know the bread was stale until I got home, and was not going to go out again.

The two young children working in here need to make the food correctly. Stop being lazy and refill the tuna container and put the appropriate amount on the sandwich. It’s four scoops at every single subway. Scrapping the container and not getting more is LAZY azzzzz. Grow up and and do YOUR JOB. You have one job to do and you can’t. Congratulations millenniums.

We frequent this location a couple times a month & our sub orders are always correct, ready on time & fresh. The staff here are all very friendly & helpful. For example, today I pre-ordered online for our subs to be ready at 6:55 but I accidentally typed in "5:55" & didn't realize my mistake until after check out/payment so I called the location & spoke to Anita, (I think that's her name) she was so nice & got my order info so she could change it to the correct pickup time for me. While on the phone I could hear it was busy there but she was so nice & took time to pleasantly help me. I've worked in the service industry for many years & really appreciate great service like this.
Charged $14.19 for a foot long Turkey and Roast Beef sandwich. Had exactly one slice of Roast Beef on each side, and maybe 4 slices of Turkey on each side.Should have just stuck to my guns and gone to Publix. 2x the meat for about 30% lower price.
I had a little trouble with my order online and Abby was so kind and helpful. She was wonderful. Subway is lucky to have such a delightful employee.

Patrick was extremely pleasant and had a great personality. He was the only one working while the other employees were in the back and still remained happy and made the food and then ran the register. 5 stars for him and none for the rest of the crew. Thanks Patrick! ?
Amazing service. Employees go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Thank you

I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE WHEN I ASKED A WOMAN (WHO SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER) TO CHANGE HER GLOVES. SHE PLACED THE DELI MEATS AND SUCH ON THE BREAD, USED THE SAME GLOVES TO OPEN TOASTER (PULLING THE MICROWAVE/TOASTER HANDLE), AND THE TRAY ON WHICH THE SANDWICH WAS. SHE STARTED CLEARING THE AREA WHILE THE TOASTER RAN. CLEANING UP ITEMS IN THE SANDWICH MAKING AREAS AND SUCH. WHEN I ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE CHANGE THE GLOVES BECAUSE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. TOLD ME SHE TOOK THE SANITATION CLASSES AND SO DID HER STAFF AND WENT ON AND ON NOT LETTING ME SPEAK UNTIL I ASKED TO PLEASE LET ME TALK AND EXPLAINED THAT TOUCHING DELI MEATS ALL DAY AND THEN TOUCHING HANDLES AND OTHER TRAYS AND SUCH IN THE AREAS CROSS CONTAMINATE. SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THEY SANITIZED ALL THOSE AREAS THAT MORNING. I EXPLAINED THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU SANITIZE SOMETHING IN THE MORNING, DOESN'T MEAN IT STAYS SANITIZED ALL DAY WHEN YOU ARE MAKING TONS OF SANDWICHES AND TOUCHING ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND STUFF WITH JUICES FROM THE MEATS, STAYS ON THOSE ITEMS COLLECTING BACTERIA, THEN YOU GO AND USE THE SAME GLOVES TO ADD CONDIMENTS LETTUCE, TOMATOES, ETC. WHICH SHE WAS CROSS CONTAMINATING FOR EVERYONE. SHE TOLD ME THAT NOTHING WAS GETTING CROSS CONTAMINATED AND THEN PULLED THE MAYO SQUEEZER AND SAID "I GUESS I AM CROSS CONTAMINATING THIS TOO, EH?" AND TOLD ME DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. ALL THIS FOR SIMPLY ASKING TO CHANGE GLOVES. INSANE!
Worst customer service ever~ first, they don’t carry enough cash in the drawer to break a $50?, so you have to walk to Publix. I mean my order was like $20, so you don’t have $30 in change in your cash register? Stingy about us using a big cup for water & asked us to put it back after it went over the counter~ that’s unsanitary in most restaurant facilities! They acted like it was a hassle as my kids had fun ordering their sandwiches.... then at the end, when my daughter said the cookie was hard (we didn’t know if it was stale or overcooked) and asked for a replacement, they argued with us, insisting they made them fresh that morning~ when we stated that the cookie was still hard even if it was made this morning & can we try a different one~ she only took one bite & I felt it~ it seemed stale or overcooked~ the point is~ instead of simply apologizing and replacing the cookie, they continued to argue about it, then the manager snapped, asking us to leave?? I remained calm, trying to speak to the manager, as she continued to be disgruntled with us. feel bad that I gave them a tip~ it didn’t feel safe to be there or eat there. I insisted this was poor customer service, as having worked in the restaurant industry myself for 10 years, so I know bad customer service when I see it. I traveled an hour from out of town today to visit a friend & was looking forward to a quick, fun bit to eat for lunch with my kiddies, but this place was a HUGE let down.... I thought Subway was better than this.... I would rate 0 stars if I could
Listening to explicit, vulgar, inappropriate music so loudly they couldn't even hear my order while laughing and giggling about it .. 3 employees yet 2 were sitting while one did the rest?
