Lily needs a raise, a promotion, and some help. She was by herself during the lunch rush making sandwiches accurately and quickly. I’ve never seen a subway employee go as quickly as she was. I had a mobile order but I still had to wait because there is only so much one person can do. Managers/owners need to hire more staff for the lunch rush.

Update. Gave them another chance last week. Same thing. Only this time, no refund as the sandwich artist didn't know how to refund. I had to call manager the bext day. No answer several days in a row. I walk in there today and the manager Alex is trying to talk me out of credit card refund for store credit. i had informed her based on the two experiences i would prefer refund as i would not try them again. I left without refund so bank dispute it is.

Woman that works there is extremely rude. Had a coupon for 2 footlongs but they were out of tuna. Substituted for roast beef only that she told me that the coupon wasn’t good for it. After arguing she rang it up under a different meat to accommodate me. I do t think that I will be back!

The woman making our sandwiches was extremely grouchy (5pm on 2/1/24) if you don't want to work then quit !!! We would have ordered more items but we felt like we were an inconvenience being their at all, it wasn't busy at all. She represents your restaurant badly I won't be back for a 2nd beating, I spent $35 on 2 sandwiches and a couple of drinks their is plenty of other places to go.

Very disappointed! Been a Customer for years but now they don't honor ALL Coupons as before. I get that Policy but paying $11+ for a Subway Sandwich when you can get a better one for $9+ at Jersey Mikes or for the same Price Chicken & Waffles at Slim Chicken or Bowl at Chipotle! Yes I am frugal but very sad paying so much for so little when there's so many better Options! Never again but why we are lucky enough to have so many Choices!

I visit this location often, sometimes more than twice a week. Todays experience was very disappointing. I got the same combo I always get and it had half the meat and only 1 cookie. They lost myself as a customer and I'm writing this review to warn others.
