Everything was very old & stale. The lettuce was frozen & the veggies were turning brown & very tasteless. The worst subway I've had. Terrible.

The staff is not polite and kind. I chose a vegetarian menu and they use the knife they use in meat products in all their products, which is not nice at all. all vegetarian products were in old and dirty containers. I came for the first time and I will definitely not come again.

Seven of us in line today and no employee to be found.When we got in line behind the first two customers we were told there was only one employee and she had gone outside for some reason. After about 5 minutes she returned to serve us. We asked for, and received, fresh lettuce since what was in the container looked it looked wilted. We sat down to eat and after others in line were taken care of, back outside she went as a new line started forming. Serious lack of any hint of management at this location. Never again.

No one working? Came to the counter and waited and waited…This is the subway inside Walmart… eventually the little door greeter guy came over and said … no one is working… they don’t want your business they are always in the back and never come to the front…I really just wanted a subway sandwich!!!
I wanted to share my recent experiences at the Subway in Walmart #5727. Last week, I ordered a footlong Italian sub with tuna, but it was a letdown. The bread given was plain white and about 3 days stale, veggies were old and limp, and the tuna didn't taste fresh. Plus, within 45 minutes of eating, my stomach started acting up.Today, I swung by again and saw a customer patiently waiting while the employee took a smoke break outside. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing the employee still outside, I suggested to the customer that they try Jersey Mike's or anywhere else.I'm sharing this because I believe in honest feedback. Both visits left me feeling disappointed. I hope improvements can be made for better customer experiences in the future... but I wont be back.
Vegetarian options: Definitely not. The vegetables were sadder than a penguin in the Sahara.

Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The sub was a waste of money. The chicken tasted like rubber and I was not able to even get toppings due to the fact that they we're not fresh. ? After only one bite I knew I wasted my money. But I took two more to see if maybe a bad Piece of chicken... I was wrong the entire sub was not edible. I did try to call the store when I left. I got a voicemail.

Went there after shopping in Walmart. I had ordered on the app. I forgot to order drinks so I had to place a separate order for them. When asked for 2 little cups for water for my grandkids was told very snootily that they don’t not have cups for water. I have gotten them there before. Spent 2.99 for a bottle of water. Never again. When I asked for napkins was told they were in the bag. 6 napkins for 3 large sandwiches for 2 adults and 2 children. Lady was extremely rude de to me the customer and her co-worker.

Worst cheesesteak ever! Had a coupon on the app so I made a mobile pickup order. I ordered the Philly and because I had a coupon I paid extra for double steak. Barely any steak, barely any peppers and onions and the bread was dry and crumbly/stale like it was leftover from the day before. I asked the employee if the sandwich did indeed have double steak and showed it to her and she demanded that is definitely had the double steak. I won’t be back, there are too many better options near by.

We waited for about 5 to 8 minutes nobody show up to help us ! It looks the person was taking a break and just left the store unattended. Owner needs to put cámaras yo make sure employees are working ??
