The lady who is always here on Thursdays (my laundry day at yo wash) is awesome. She always takes great care of me everytime I go here.

Only one person working! Taking GH,DD, orders instead of people standing in front of them. Basically just slow. It's a sandwich shop.

The employee refused to serve me because my truck had broken down in the middle of the road. She insisted that I move the truck before receiving service, which was unprofessional. She even told me to call Subway and report her name, Yolanda. Since when are employees responsible for dealing with vehicles on the road? Her attitude was unnecessarily rude, as if seeing the truck was a personal offense. The behavior and reaction were unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I feel sorry for the franchise owner because I understand how difficult it is to find good employees these days.
I will never go back to this location ever again I’ve never been told I couldn’t use a gift card until now and when I went in the store after the app told me my food was being made and after 25 it was ready I was told that you cant use cards or gift cards on the app at this Location and I’d have to bring id inside to buy a sandwich and my friend emailed the owner who was just as rude as his employee who yelled curse words at us as we were walking out and the owner (Mr Marcus wright) saying that we were in the wrong while his employee was just doing her job but she never greeted me when I walked in I had to wait for her to come out the back and I said hello excuse me as she turned around with an attitude.

I went in with a group of friends and was treated so rudely, the worker was refusing to make our food or refund us when the order was marked complete. The owner did not care.

The worker didn’t cancel/refund my order until I started recording. Keep in mind she marked the order complete which sounds like fraud to me if we don’t get our food or our money back.

Subway is Subway when it comes to sandwich’s. I think this one is one of the cleanest & employees are friendly.

I didn't order for myself, the person that did eat the sandwich enjoyed it. There was one person working that day and was very courteous. Because of his demeanor we were all very patient while he took care of a very large order. He was able to carry on a conversation with us. He was professional as well.
