Walked in today with a paper gift card. The young man working was hesitant if it would work, so he tried it before making my 2 subs. It worked. He proceeded to make both subs, and when he tried to scan the gift card to take $10 off, it wouldn’t work. He called the owner, who was NO HELP at all. He just argued with me. The young man took both subs back and also proceeded to argue with me as I left! I will never go to Subway again! Very POOR MANAGEMENT! GO ELSEWHERE! JERSEY MIKES right down the road less than 5 minutes!

Walked in here on May 28th at 2:40 PM to get my pick up order. I placed online,....... bacon i requested to be extra crispy. This is the soggiest bacon. I think I've ever seen in my life. This sandwich is absolutely pathetic that I paid $8 for a 6 inch sandwich. That looks way worse than a wawa sandwch. could be at its worst. Better off going to wawa next door in ordering a sandwich.At least The bacon is crispy there

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the employee working this afternoon (05/17/2025 around 1 PM). He was the only one in the shop, handling a steady line of customers all on his own, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and professionally he managed everything.
At one point, a mobile order customer came in and was extremely rude—borderline dehumanizing—because his order wasn’t ready yet. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, the employee remained kind, apologetic, and composed. I even let the mobile order customer go ahead of my son and me just to help ease the situation and get him out of there quicker.
To that employee: I really hope you were able to take a well-earned break after that. You handled the entire situation with grace and patience, and I want you to know that your efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up, for doing your best, and for treating everyone with respect—even when it wasn’t returned. Not all customers are like that, and people like you make a real difference.

This subway is actually a really nice location. Has that hole in the wall vibe, staff is always friendly and service on point.

This location appears to be much cleaner than others nearby. The lady serving me had a bright smile and was polite. Took a star off because the bread was a bit stale.

The lettuce looked absolutely horrible for the sandwiches. It was brown and discolored. We said something about it and the server was totally rude and said that's the way we get it. After the sandwiches were made, we discovered fresh lettuce in another container. we said something to the server about it and she said, " I didn't say you couldn't have that lettuce". She was terribly rude from the minute we walked in the place. We've gone to this location for at least 20+ years but will not return. Maybe that's why they only had 1 customer when we went in. It used to be packed.

Ohhhh. I'm so glad to see a Subway close by. Great tuna salad. Great peppercorn ranch dressing. Great service and the young staff was working alone. I thanked her lots as her work ethic was awesome! Subway owners might want to give this girl a raise!!! Judi

The lady name Makeena who made our sub was just very stubborn and won’t add more veggies to our sub. We didn’t order meat subs because we are vegetarians. On our repeated request she still didn’t add more veggies and our sub was not well made and was very dry and thin and didn’t even satisfied our hunger. We choose to come this store because this is a veteran owned and we wanted to support it .
