I asked for wheat bread which not I don’t eat any other bread cause I’m a diebetic so I did not want it not healthy for me lady wanted to argue with me all I wanted was my$11.76 back she made a call and I was still denied my money back .

Only rated a 1stat bc the whole staff just either have an attorney problem or scared of the big hip manager. Me n my family of 3 including me was the only ones n the store but yet she felt the need to still rush us in building our sandwich my mom who is veryyyy disabled on a walker was rushed she can’t move no faster last damn. N just the whole atmosphere made me really want to ask the workers was they being held by force. Really yall need to grow a personality act like u want to serve your customers cause IM SPENDING MY MONEY WITH U NOT VICE VERSA ! Customer service has dropped 10000 try working with over 400 kids a day then tell me where your patience lyes.

The 2 lady’s working were so sweet and attentive! They were fast and in my experience other subways aren’t as fast.. was there with my baby and she gave her some crackers and a cookie for free! Hope she doesn’t get in trouble for this it was really so sweet and made my day!

I placed an online order and it was time to pick it up. My car wouldn't start, so I wasn't able to pick up my order. I'm trying to call, but the phone number listed on the app and website is either disconnected or wrong. I just want to speak to someone about getting a refund.

Store#12926-0 Diksha provided excellent customer service. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that also helped me, but he was great as well. The store was extremely clean too! Highly recommend this location!

Store 12926-0. Young lady this morning that made my sandwich was wonderful. Very nicely dress groomed clean. Use all properly procedures to make food. Greeting was very nice. Sandwich looked very fresh. Bread and veggies fresh. Follow directions great. My sandwich was very tasty not messy. My new favorite store. Personally i think subway has best sandwich than anyone else. Bread always soft.
I have visited this Subway multiple times for take-out sandwiches and I am always impressed by how clean it is and how friendly and efficient the staff are. In addition, the sandwiches I've ordered have been excellent.

I recommend Not ordering online bc these ppl can't read or don't read tickets ! I honestly feel like these pol don't care what they serve !
