The store is hidden behind Starbucks, and the parking lot is super dark. It has been so long that I have eaten at Subway that the tomatoes are now only 1/16" thick, and the meat is sliced at about 1/32" thick. The bread is mostly air. Now I remember why I don't eat at Subway. The people behind the counter were very friendly.

Great store! Owner of the store is always nice and friendly. I live closer to other Subways, but drive an extra 10-15 to visit this location since they never mess up my online order, and everything is really good/fresh. Store is always clean too.

Service waited 6 minutes each person. 1 employee up front. Inflation has gotten to be too much. A footlong sub combo is $15 in Florida. 40% higher from 2 years ago thanks to the current administration.

I had placed an online order to the wrong location and the store that was an hour away from me could not be reached. I used $6 worth of my points which is probably wasted. The app knowing my location and still deciding that store for me was absolutely absurd. I understand my mistake by not double making sure but be for real. I would not of typed this out if it wasn’t for the store being unreachable and for the representative for the McCall location. I will literally never try to use this subway app or eat from any location again. It’s just basic mediocrity. Not to mention they always scam you on your meats with online ordering.

The place often looks like it's closed and the tea is out and they are sometimes out of wraps and other things. Doesn't look very clean on the floors or tables, guacamole was turning brown, but at least the few employees that are working there have been very friendly.

The employee making my sub went above and beyond to make me happy! All ingredients were crisp and fresh and the cheese was to die for. If you want prompt service and an amazing Sub this is the location for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service! Great food! Quick and efficientI dealt with one of the managers and she was alone but able to multitask. They cut their meat fresh daily! Their roast beef looks PERFECT!Will order ahead for pick up and hopefully can work with her again.

Went in to pick up an online order, the only guy behind the counter said he was done and we were out of luck and to call Subway management-try to find a number for that- AND THEN HE WALKED OUT & left the store unattended. As I left I went to call the store number to leave a message and a different employee walked in, laughing and telling me he was the one going to be answering and had been on break. Ridiculous. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare, there’s no call or chat option.
