We booked sun coast cuisine for an intimate dinner for our girls trip. We did a seafood tapas menu and Melissa was pleasure to work with. She helped customized a menu over the phone prior to the trip and created an amazing menu. This was the best meal I had in Anna Maria and in my whole life. She is an amazing chef and genuine hostess! Save yourself the hassle of going out to eat and book her. The Spanish octopus was incredible. We also enjoyed the ceviche, tuna and grouper bites. Every bite was delicious! I can't wait to come back and have another dinner experience with her. She also left the kitchen spotless when she was done. She is a culinary fairy!

Our private dinner with Chef Melissa was the highlight of our trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the explanation behind the dish itself! Her ceviche is hand down the best we have ever had! Each dish was carefully thought out and so delicious. We made so many MMmmmmm noises I'm sure it sounded like cows in the room! We would recommend her to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to go back and take advantages of her services again!

We enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Chef Melissa while in Anna Maria and her food was AMAZING! The presentation was beautiful and each dish she prepared was perfect. We chose filet, grouper, whipped potatoes and vegetable hash (the hash was my favorite) and some wonderful appetizers. It was an incredible meal and we ended the evening with Tres Leches cake prepared by the Chef and it was phenomenal, best I have ever had! Thank you for a great evening, can't wait to schedule our next meal!

For us, a group of 11 staying in an Airbnb near the beach, Chef Melissa was extremely responsive and attentive from first contact on her website. She helped us nail down our menu and was very transparent on pricing. Her food was absolutely outstanding - loved by the grandparents, parents, and even the energetic kids, who she had no trouble working around while cooking and serving flawlessly presented food. I would absolutely recommend Chef Melissa to anyone looking for a 5 star restaurant experience in a private/home setting.
