We booked sun coast cuisine for an intimate dinner for our girls trip. We did a seafood tapas menu and Melissa was pleasure to work with. She helped customized a menu over the phone prior to the trip and created an amazing menu. This was the best meal I had in Anna Maria and in my whole life. She is an amazing chef and genuine hostess! Save yourself the hassle of going out to eat and book her. The Spanish octopus was incredible. We also enjoyed the ceviche, tuna and grouper bites....

Our private dinner with Chef Melissa was the highlight of our trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the explanation behind the dish itself! Her ceviche is hand down the best we have ever had! Each dish was carefully thought out and so delicious. We made so many MMmmmmm noises I'm sure it sounded like cows in the room! We would recommend her to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to go back and take advantages of her services again!

We had a great experience with Chef Melissa. right from the start, she was really responsive. We had a big group with both adults and kids, and she put together a fantastic surf and turf menu with awesome appetizers.She made sure to accommodate the kids too. she arrived on time, was well-prepared, and had a nice chat with us. i’d definitely recommend her if you’re in the Siesta Key area. Chef Melissa did a great job!
