Great BBQ experience. This is exactly the kind of place I look for on vacation and it did not disappoint. Had Ribs and Chicken, The rib bites, Mac and Cheese, and Baked Beans. I've had BBq all over the country and these folks are right up there with the best in the country. The ribs were tender and flavorful as was the chicken. The sauce was very tasty as well. The beans were the best I've ever had, creamy and tasty and absolutely delightful. This was a lucky find...
I have passed this place on a number of occasions and today I finally stopped.Ordered two (2) lunch specials for the Mrs and I, both pulled pork.The pork was really good. My beans were excellent and the Mac and cheese was just OK. The Mrs liked her potato salad and chicken& rice.I was waited on by the owner and he was great.The smoker was going outside, and I will be back to try the ribs.
I have known both tiki and Mrs linda for a while now and they are the sweetest couple ever! The food is so incredibly delicious,the collard greens and pulled pork is out of this world,I haven't tried the beans or the cole slaw yet but I will today. If u haven't tried them yet please give yourself a treat,you will not be disappointed whatsoever. The best soul food around.
