So I’ve been going here since I was a kid, I am now 24 years old. I’ve had some bad food and amazing food. Nothing to review about in a negative way. And I’m never the one to leave a bad review, but after tonight when I was in the back of the car with my mother I was appalled at how she was treated. We came for a late night craving snack, like we have done many times. Only to be left treated in a complete disrespected manner by a new manager I’ve never seen before. We ordered our food and my aunt wanted to put another food item in and from what I heard, he said we had to drive back around. Understandable, we ended up leaving with the food we originally put in and decided to drive back and go through the drive thru again for one item. The food we were given was normal, nothing to be upset about. But the service was unexpectable. The employee took our order and we went up to the window like normal. I’m hard of hearing, but from what I could hear I was left feeling confused and angry that my mom ended up getting the window slammed right in her face by the manager HIMSELF. I don’t have issues, it could have been a bad night and I work in a business where customer service is always most important no matter how bad a customer is. To say he handled it poorly and said we had to pull up to the spot when there was no one behind us was a little weird, but he shouldn’t have lashed out. I hate to leave this post, but after him yelling at my mom when she raised her voice at him politely I have to say I’m unsatisfied after tonight. I hope whoever is in charge sees that no management or employer should ever act like this towards people or customers just because one item would take longer than needed or if he was in a bad mood/short tempered.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and when I got home to eat it, it had nothing but cheese inside and the “crunch” tortilla was soggy inside. So that’s a waste of $10. Disgusting

Horrible! Ordered TWO Crunchwrap Supremes at drive-thru for lunch. Was asked to confirm order on screen, which was correct. After paying at window, waited several minutes for order. Arrived at my office to find order was wrong. One soft taco and something that kind of looked like a Crunchwrap Supreme..... if it had been run over by a truck.
Thanks TacoBell. I won't be back. And neither will my co-workers when they saw what I was given.

I usually don’t rate but I have to on this one. It’s like nobody works there. I went there last week, they said there machines were down and could only order through mobile app so we did. We didn’t get our whole order. Then went today and you always wait ATLEAST 30 min to get your food. It’s nuts.
