When you're closed you should really say closed or turn the menu off or the sign off or something to show that you're closed instead of letting someone just sit and set and s e t and ask you if you're open or closed with no response. Then you drive by the window and there's people in there that are just ignoring you

To management:Seems like this place has decent staff but the management is probably the biggest issue. This location falls short on portion sizes, has higher prices, and is consistently inconsistent with their care for their products and staff management. I get it, your expenses for that area may be higher than other locations, but cutting down on portion sizes while hiking up prices and not managing your staff properly is unacceptable. Your staff and customers deserve better than this…

Tuesday, I make a mobile order, and when I get to the restaurant at 12:16 a.m., the restaurant has all the outside lights off. They are supposed to close at 2 a.m., but it looks like they don't want to take any customer. So I canceled my order. They most be loosing a lot of costumers and $$$.

I suddenly had a craving for Taco Bell. I opened the app on my phone carefully selected the location and placed an order. I drove to the location, which, from the outside, appeared to be well-maintained, about 10 minutes later, pulled up to the drive-through and told them I had a mobile order and gave my name. They said, “We have no order, are you sure it was this location?“ As I was reading their address to them, they, miraculously found my order. I was then instructed to pull up to the second window. I was immediately handed my food. I then drove away and headed back to work. As I pulled up to a red light, I ate the taco, and then I opened the crunch wrap. After I finish the crunch wrap, I ate the cinnamon twists, and then walked into my place of business. About two hours later my stomach started gurgling. I simply thought it was just a normal bodily reaction to eating Taco Bell. Well, I wound up in the restroom several times within the hour, and absolute agony. And it progressed from there. Thank God I have understanding clients because I kept having to run to the bathroom. I finally finished up work. My client and I were walking out the door and I had to run back into the bathroom. This time not only was I seated, but I began vomiting, rather violently into the trashcan. This continued for the next 24 hours. The next morning, I couldn’t get out of bed other than to run to the bathroom. I was up at least once every hour during the night. I had to cancel all of my clients for that day, costing me $270. So now, not only am I out the $9.62 that I spent on food, I’m out an additional $270 of missed work. It’s currently, 39 hours later, I’m still in bed, trying to rehydrate and still fairly miserable. Clearly, Taco Bell was the wrong choice for me.Vegetarian options: Beans

10:15pm and apparently everyone is ready to go home. Not only did we get a bunch of sauce packets practically thrown at us with no bag for our food…they forget our chips so we ask for them and get the window shut on us…thank you Taco Bell for hiring imbeciles to wait on us.

Been here 10 minutes waiting for service.. got the food went home my husband got beef bretto an it was 3-4 taco shell an not much meat. Enough for a small taco kinda meat. They favor the drive though instead of the lobby.
