I ordered through third party at 1:45 in the morning. I wasn't expecting much at all.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality and TLC that was put into my order. The GM even leaves a little card with contact information if there was any issues with the order.

Food was made exactly how I ordered and tasted great. Temperature was it's only issue but that's my fault as I didn't immediately eat the food.
Even luke warm this is the best taco bell I've had in many years. Thanks for making my crappy night a whole lot better 14th st taco bell! 🔔

I purchased food from this Taco Bell on 14th St Bradenton FL on January 12,2025 around 8ish for me and my 11 year old daughter we got a double stack Taco and a cheesy beef burrito nacho fries frozen drink. By 10:30pm my daughter was vomiting uncontrollable I myself was ok I had laid down for bed by then she was up all night vomiting next morning same thing she had nothing other then the Taco Bell since earlier Once I got up the next morning getting my other kids ready for school I became sick and started vomiting we have been sick going on 2 days BE CAREFUL EATING FROM THIS TACO BELL SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT WE GOT SUPER SICK (FOOD POISONING) WITHIN 2 HOURS OF EATING THE FOOD

Ate the Lux Craving Box. It was served hot and actually in the box intended. A lot of Taco Bell’s don’t seem to care if a promo is sold in accordance to the promo the Taco Bell has advertised. Some Taco Bell’s are selling the Lix Craving Box much higher priced than what Taco Bell is advertising on tv.

If Taco Bell shrinks the drink cup any more customers will have to catch the ice in their hands then put it in the drink cup.

We rarely order fast food in general. When we do, my kids love Taco Bell. We usually avoid this location because the Food is consistently cold and old tasting. Tonight we ended up stopping at this location for a quick, hot meal because our power is still out from Milton. I ordered through the app while still at home. Ordered at 5:45, arrived at the drive through at 6:05. Told the woman on the speaker that I had a mobile order. She asked my name and said “uhh we don’t have a mobile order. What time does it say it’ll be ready?”. Not realizing it would say a time, I opened my app and looked. It said it would be ready at 6:30 so I told her such. She proceeded to say “well it’s not ready then, pull around a park”. So it takes 45 minutes to make 6 tacos? Give me a break. If I didn’t already pay through the app, I would have just left. But I paid, so I waited in the line for every other car to get their food, pulled around and waited in the car for 25 minutes, with a screaming newborn in the back and 2 big kids complaining they’re hungry. (Which I’m fully aware is my problem. I’m simply stating that 6 tacos don’t take 45 fricken minutes to make). I then proceed to go back into the drive through at 6:30, tell them again I have a mobile order and my name. I’m hit with a stark “pull up”. So I do. The girl all but threw my food into my hands. No hello, no enjoy your food, nothing. Just plain rude. If you hate working for Taco Bell so much then quit? I don’t know why I even tried with this store. It’s literally always bad. Not that we were loyal customers by any stretch of the imagination, but we definitely won’t be back after tonight. Rudest staff ever.
