Absolutely amazing. Scott was our server and it was hands down the best service we’ve ever had period. He was attentive, never rushed, amazing recommendations and you could tell he loved what he does and the place he does it at. The food was fantastic we ordered the bread (highly recommended) the sea bass and filet both 10/10. Thank god we stayed for dessert because the special espresso creme brulee was insane along with the espresso martinis. I could continue my rant on how good this place is but you really just need to go and experience it for yourself.

Double cut pork chop entrée is excellent. Steak was good, but calling it Oscar style with jumbo lump
crab meat was a misnomer it was not jumbo lump.

Aidan Thomas the bartender and our waitress Lauren were amazing. Highly recommend every time. Only person missing was Angel. Which we use every time but tonight. Sadly she was off.

This was our 3rd trip here, on a Saturday night, and overall it was disappointing, especially since we were treating 4 friends from out of town.
The female hostess team deserves medals and I hope they are included in tips. While I waited behind the hostess stand for my husband, a fellow male employee came up and berated them. Not acceptable — they were doing a great job, seating our party comfortably and early. My husband & I were also early for our 7 PM reservation.
That man turned out to be our waiter. His first initial is S. As we were lead by a hostess to join our party, a man in a bespoke suit, apparently the manager, said ‘have a nice dinner’ — with no greeting or smile.
S. was pass-aggressive & coordination with the bar was fraught. Several ingredients for featured cocktails required searching. Our friends are not big drinkers & patiently waited for their drinks.
Several of the wines were out of stock as well. My husband is a wine guy, enjoying the appropriate glass of wine for the course & accordingly ordered a couple of wines by the glass.
He waited before ordering a bottle for the table, after everyone had made their entrée choices.
When my husband asked if there was a broader selection of wines, S. said that was on the Reserve wine list, with an attitude that he was too cheap to be allowed to review it. My husband kept his cool.
We always order sparkling water, as local water is notoriously bad tasting unless filtered, which this was not. I asked S. twice, politely, to please remove the tap water & bring a bottle of mineral water & fresh glasses for our guests. He finally did, but banged the glasses down, with no accompanying citrus, & sloppy, fast pours, splashing water. He similarly served the wine.
S’s entire service was politely rude, impatient, pretending not to hear our requests, dropping fresh silverware down at our settings, whisking unfinished plates away, and rushing us to place our orders. We were not dillydallying.
He confronted me about an unused wine glass, asking me if it was dirty. I don’t drink alcohol, but he never even asked me if I wanted a glass of wine when he plunked down the glasses down.
He was disrespectful, embarrassing us in front of our friends. We were polite & respectful, not making demands, & not letting his treatment detract from a special evening out with our friends.
Our feeling was that they were trying to turn the table, but there were many empty tables surrounding us.
While the entrées were excellent, but the famous Pecorino Parker Rolls were cold on arrival. We also had the wagyu meatball, and antipasto.
My husband is a very generous & polite man to his friends and to restaurant staff. We understand everyone works hard to deliver nice meals with a friendly attitude, under a lot of stress, to support themselves & their families.
My feeling is that something is amiss with management, & employees are unhappy, as we had experienced a similar ‘bum’s rush’ approach to service at the recent Easter Brunch. But we wanted to give them another chance & it seemed like a good choice, as they were staying on Anna Maria Island & we live in Sarasota.
Thankfully, we live in an area where there are many fine dining choices, & we are fortunate to have the means to enjoy them with our friends & support local restaurants. We wish them & all who eat there well — buon appetito!

Abby is the best server, she gave great recommendations for food and drinks as well as excellent service. Very friendly, personable, and reliable. Came here for my birthday dinner and I’m so happy I did. Everything is delicious. We had the Fabio’s Wagyu Meatball for an appetizer: 10/10 cooked perfectly. I had the vodka rose for dinner and added steak. Best decision ever. My sister had the Wagyu Short Rib Bolognese, my mother had the Rigatoni Tartufo, and my father had the bone in Ribeye with the Gorgonzola crust. All the meats were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor. We’ll definitely be back. Shoutout to the bartenders for making great drinks and the cooks for the tasty food!
