I love this place! Their watermelon margarita is my absolute favorite! They have $5 margaritas all day every day. Their bread with the honey cinnamon butter is to die for!! I love the portobello mushroom chicken but you have to get it with sauteed onions. And if you get a brownie put toasted marshmallows on it! Yeehaw!!!

My husband, who is completely wheelchair bound, and I went to dinner here on 3/23/25 and faced clear and blatant discrimination to the point that we had to leave to find some fast food nearby, not the hot meal in a sit down restaurant we thought we were going to have. We used the app to join the waitlist and check in that day. I went to the hostess desk to make sure the check in process went through because we had a little difficulty with it. She confirmed that she saw our request and verified with me that we needed wheelchair accessibility. She did not say anything about an extended wait at that time due to the accessibility needed. I went to the outside waiting area to wait with my husband who felt he was in the way inside because there were people lining either side of the hallway up to the hostess station and no one could get around him. He showed me that he had received the waitlist and check in texts at 3:24 and 3:27. We got the confirmation email below that told us our table would be ready around 3:34. At 3:50 we went in and checked with the hostess, wondering what was going on. She said that our table would be ready closer to 4pm because we needed a table, not a booth. At 4:10 we gave up. Our 10 minute wait had turned into a 45 minute wait before we gave up. We are still waiting for the text that our table is ready, but it's only been 25 hours. While we were there we watched everyone in the outdoor waiting area get seated, more came, and then they got seated. That happened many times. I do not believe that in 45 minutes, not a single table became available. It was clear and blatant discrimination against the disabled. I'm disgusted by what we experienced yesterday and the Texas Roadhouse chain of restaurants should be ashamed to be linked to this branch, the Bradenton Fl ranch lake blvd. I have been there before, the food is good, but if you have a disability, take out is really your only option.

Bartender Donna! Was horrible had a very bad attitude. she was rude, and nasty.. she's been trying to break up my relationship with my husband bc she hates me...but has put the family against me talking crap about me and my husband ..
She brang me a drink and I found 2 roaches I told her and she turned around and told me you take them out..

Beware of extra charges on your bill. We were charged for playing games on the table top kiosk - which we DID NOT use. Manager claimed they had no way to refund us. Very poor customer relations on their part.

Salad warm no onions kinda plain Prime rib asked for Med rare got rare not a lot of flavor water taste terrible . Very loud it’s ok but disappointed in the prime rib !
So before I make this post, I wanna say that our waitress was wonderful and this isn’t a reflection of her. The food overall was delicious. This review and why I think service sucks is because of the female manager that is clearly a petty chick. We ordered our food and I ordered a sweet potato that was fully loaded. It’s $1.29 so no big deal. I did not receive my sweet potato fully loaded and when that female manager came over, I said hey I never received my fully loaded sweet potato, and I’m just wondering if they can take that price off. I asked if the waitress would be able to do that, she said, all snarky, No, she can’t, but I can. When I say snarky, I mean a total attitude over something simple. I go to look at my bill and she only discounted us $.50. Now keep in mind I know it’s not a lot of money and it’s not even that big of a deal overall price wise , but it was the pettiness behind it. Even if she would’ve offered me an actual new sweet potato that was fully loaded….. that would’ve been great but she didn’t do that either. She simply put $.50 off because it was brought to me with marshmallows on it and that was good enough for her. By the way, I didn’t eat it because I wanted all the sweet crap on it. Again the $1.29 isn’t even that big of a deal as far as price but why be such a petty B word over something so stupid. I’m just saying we frequent there often and it would’ve just been nice if you would’ve either taken off what I didn’t receive or simply brought me a new one. Or even took the amount off and gave me a new one. This manager definitely needs a lesson in customer service.
My daughter's meal was very good. My steak, however, was undercooked and very stringy. I sent it back, and it was perfect. But still very hard to cut and chew. I told our waitress that I couldn't eat it and it was asked if I wanted a different one. I said no, and it was taken off my bill. I will definitely be back.

Food was good, they got 1 out if 6 steaks wrong, and replaced it immediately. Our service was outstanding, as our glasses were never empty before refills arrived. As usual the hot rolls were never ending. Thanks for great service, and food.
