Very satisfying experience with the greeting when we first arrived...to cleanliness of the facility and the room... to service getting our Starbucks and breakfast burrito those gals were great and such a pleasure to be around. Close to shopping or easy on and off the 75 which we used for the Siesta Keys.

The ladies at the front desk are just amazing! They were very friendly and super helpful with our situation...we were supposed to close on our home on a Wednesday but paperwork took longer so we are here another night. They found us another room and allowed us to check out late and into our other room, making a stressful day a little easier. We can't thank them enough! The hotel itself is very modern and in a great location. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds have very soft sheets so you can relax and sleep well.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Quality pillows and linen. TV, lights, shower, all work well. Everything I'd expect in a Marriott chain hotel. A couple of issues I had. First, I tried to lease a conference room and I left a message for the manager to whom I was directed when I inquired, and she never called me back. Second, the prices at the hotel bar are ridiculously high. $8 for a bottle of juice? Come on. Overall, I'd come back but next time I'll stock my mini fridge with juice from the CVS nearby.

Great experience here. From the moment we checked in, till we checked out, the staff was responsive and welcoming. The property seemed a little dated, but overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sarasota. Great job everyone .

Awful!!!!! Front desk staff rude and unprofessional! not sure of her name but she's a heavier set lady brunette hair- they need to replace her she definitely is not good for business very rude. Parking lot empty had us wait till 2pm to check in gave us a room with multiple things wrong. Water pressure non-existant room smelt like pure cleaning chemicals.

Great hotel! The hotel was very clean and there was a very kind lady cleaning the rooms. The manager at the desk was also super helpful and friendly all weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

Great service, great location, nice rooms and amenities. Located close to tons of shopping and dining options, and right next to the freeway. Safe area and no issues with noise or other guests. All staff members I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Free parking, but no breakfast included. However, there is some food and drinks items for sale and there is coffee and cocktails for sale in the dining area. I grabbed a caramel macchiato which was really good. The night before I had two cocktails which were good and priced reasonably. I would definitely stay here if I needed to be back in the area.

Terrible stay. Stayed here for a baseball tournament for my son The whole family was awoken at 2 am by a dog howling next door to my room. Contacted front desk who advised they would take care of it. 15 minutes later called front desk again and the front desk personnel Jimmy personally told me he was coming up to take care of it. To his surprise I waited in the hall waiting for him to handle the situation and he never showed up and dog still barking now 30 mins I called again and he said he came up and took care of it which was a blatant lie since I waited outside the whole time. Still dog is barking now 45 mins and no response Remember this hotel has a NO PET policy I was told by jimmy due to covid anyone can bring a pet and there also was not a NO PET policy which once again is a lie So I pay to stay at a quiet no pet hotel and end up with no sleep and a pet next to me Forgot to mention my son has a serious dog allergy and I would never stay at a hotel that allows pets because of that Next morning as I was checking out I relay all this info to the front desk who confirmed no pets are allowed but then stated it's was ok because we charged the last for the pet to stay Hmmmm that weird no pet policy but if you do have a pet you are charged extra Makes sense now Manager never called me back to even speak about the situation as promised Front desk offered me free coffee and $30 off bill for a night of no sleep for me and my family (sounds reasonable huh) so if you are looking for good customer service and a quiet night of sleep don't ever stay here If you are looking for pets making noises at 2 am don't ever stay here If you are looking for a staff that won't lie to you don't ever stay here

Clean, comfortable, near several decent restaurants. They also have a bistro which is convenient, but has a smaller selection of items.
Very clean! Bar/lounge area is a huge plus for this hotel. You really can't go wrong here. It is in the heart of UTC so there are restaurants all over the place, within walking distance. If you're not looking to go out, there is a full bar downstairs and the bartender's a cool guy. Friendly atmosphere, you'll a walk people at the bar looking to relieve some stress, people working at their separate table, informal business meetings over a cocktail. You get a nice mix and it all works. Fitness center checks all the boxes. Parking usually isn't an issue but will definitely fill up at night.

We Stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend! Awesome location near the University Town Center (UTC) Mall, TJMaxx, Target and Whole Foods! Restaurant galore around this hotel like Bonefish Grill, Ruby Tuesday's, Newk's Eatery, and Wendy's ! Very reasonable priced for 3 nights! There is a bar next door to the hotel! There is also a Bistro on the property! Easy access to Sarasota's Main Street! Clean rooms! Nice pool! I highly recommend and will happily stay here again in the future.

The stars I give them are for location and the rooms. The hotel is located right next to a bar with a live band. The music kept me up until midnight and I was there for business. I get that they cannot control next door but this was a Tuesday night. Rooms were ok and location is near everything but will not stay there again.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean. The lobby staff was nice. Nice gathering area in lobby area. Good location, major shopping accross street. Lots of restaurants right next to hotel. Only complaint is that the price was a little steep for Sarasota and not being near beach.
