Our server was very nice but our food was not good. We got the quinoa salad and it was about half cup of cold quinoa salad (which was tasty) in a cold mealy tomato. We also got the southwestern skillet. It was very wet with no taste. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Many vegan options for breakfast or lunch. Dans golden bowl was really good. Wholesome, heathy options and not just impossible meat or processed foods.

Caitlin was an incredible server and the food was amazing! You have to try this place out of you haven't yet.

After a long hiatus, I decided to reunite with a dear friend at Sage Biscuit. We hadn't seen each other in a couple of months due to my ongoing health issues, so I was eager to spend quality time together before she moved away (that day actually).

I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes early on a Sunday, anticipating a wait due to churchgoers. To my surprise, I was seated promptly. My friend arrived shortly after, and we enjoyed a leisurely brunch. She ordered the black bean burrito, which she thoroughly enjoyed, while I opted for the hearty breakfast burrito. Both dishes were generously sized, and I even had leftovers for the next day.

I particularly enjoyed the creamy grits that accompanied my meal. With a touch of butter and salt (the classic way to eat them), they were some of the best I've had in a long time. Our brunch was a great way to catch up with a friend and talk about where we're both going in the near future. People come and go in your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime (you're lucky if you get any of those lifetime people that aren't family). Knowing that doesn't always make it easier to say goodbye. We kid ourselves with the ole "Come and visit" , or "I'll visit you" and "Yeah, it's not that far", when really... Lives get busy. People move on.

The parking garage has a steep incline walk if you park in one of the first few spots, but it's not really that bad of a hike. It gets your heart pumping and your breath moving. It's also shaded from the sun and not very populated, so if you're sad, it's a great place to walk back to your car, and even sit for a few minutes. No one's going to see you, so take all the time you need. Blare that music in your car for a couple minutes... No one will know.

Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options to choose from. You'll be coming back again and again, because you'll want to try them all.

Parking: There is a parking garage right next door, so if it's raining, you can park there and you won't get wet. You'll just need to validate during the week (at least you used to). Across the street is a big free parking lot. Easy peasy.

Sheila was a terrific waitress. She was super helpful in supporting me with my gluten & dairy allergies. The food was excellent, from the homemade guacamole to the insanely large delicious gf blueberry pancakes, and very tasty sausage portobello mushroom roasted red pepper omelette. My husband liked the sage biscuit and gravy, as well as the Cali Hipster Avocado toast with poached eggs. Overall we would definitely come back, just order 1 pancake instead of 2 if you're getting other entrees!

Great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and quick service especially when it was very busy. The mimosas were excellent. We will definitely stop here again when we visit Bradenton area again. I had a Fried chicken sandwich, it was a huge biscuit and piece of chicken. I got 2 meals out of it. The biscuit was very flavorful but because they are so big it was a little bit dry. It comes with a dipping sauce and that was very good and helps with the dryness of the biscuit.
