I’m terribly dissatisfied with my order from last night. I order garlic shrimp weren’t cooked fully steamed oysters which were in the same bag.?The corn was undercooked (hard) and wasn’t sweet at all‼️The potatoes were mushy and had black dots coming out of them‼️? The sauce had way too much minced garlic‼️Oh and the oysters were the size of dimes‼️☹️ I wish I took pictures. This is my 2nd time coming within a year and I don’t think I will be ordering again. My 1st time ordering here my order was good thats why I didn’t mind trying them a 2nd. I also wanted to try the seafood pasta but I don’t think I ever will now. Just a heads up to take a bite of your food before you leave, because I was pissed when I got home and saw my food‼️☹️ I guess the chef was rushing??

Never ordered from them food was oily. Never wanted to give me a discount or anything. Don't go here for parties not great for any big group. I really don't recommend they don't give you your money back or they do not have enough servers. They get attitudes the waitress that I had she spilled something on my friend left it there food was very disgusting, they don't deserve any tips any services or nothing that is unacceptable and for them to be a big business like that their cups shouldn't be dirty there why does she didn't meat tasting nasty their mozzarella sticks shouldn't be just bread. It should have cheese in them there's seafood decide oil taste like they rush it's just not it and I just don't recommend it to nobody don't buy nothing. Don't go to parties here just don't go here. Unacceptable ruined birthday party.

This place was so good we came in late and the server Ana let us know how much time we have and was super friendly. This place was super good the garlic butter was flavorful and it was so much food we ended up taking it home and she helped us packed it up while we finished up. My new spot for seafood in the Sarasota

wow to the reviewer Rudie. I wish I could reply to her review, unfortunately I couldn't. I came back to see if she would leave a lying review and she did. I was also a customer who dined there while their party was there. The type of characters they portrayed was unbelievably disgusting. Yelling at the staffs, scamming the restaurant, and vandalizing the place. About 20+ of them came in, ate ALL the food, yet refused to pay. The whole time they were cussing at the staffs and saying racist slurs against them. I even witnessed 2 girls trying to put hands on the manager. People like this are a disgrace to our community. My experience at Saucy Crawfish has always been great. The food is delicious and the staffs were always friendly. It's always the trash that ruins the experience for other customers. Being in food service myself I just feel the need to stand up for other business owners when they are getting lied about.
We love this place the food is great the staff is great it’s overall a great place you won’t be disappointed going here they also have options for the people who don’t eat seafood so no one is left out. We definitely also come back here!

Food is okay. Management is rude, immature and caught in lies to who upper management is when asked to speak to them. Same at Tampa restaurant. Manager hung up on me then put a server on phone when I called back as I over heard her say “ can you get this. I think it’s the same lady. I don’t want to deal with this”. Unbelievable treatment. The owner should know the customer service being put out on her business.Bradenton manager us Carla. ( she says) I was age shamed as a senior for a Server position.Tampa manager is Nicole. Horrifying management skills.

I told waitress specifically I did not want app,soup and dinner on table at same time.Guess what. They weren't that busy that they needed to turn over tables. Krab bites were good.Wanted soup and salad but sorry we are outta salad at 6 on Friday. Gumbo was good but served too hot ( temp) like it had been warmed in microwave. Fried shrimp were good but last ones were cold because all the food was on table at one time. Sausage was good but served in a bag. Huh? Hushpuppies were good. The wifes crab legs and shrimp were served in a bag. Saves on dishwashing? Boiled with OG sauce? Probably just us but we didnt care for 'sauce'?, a little heavy handy wit curry or something?Overall not bad but unlikely to return or reccomend

Great experience, our server Fidale was great. We sat right away, no wait. We ordered the crab Rangoon - wouldn’t really recommend this appetizer as we have had them better at other places. however the combo options had great choices, everything was very flavorful as we got combo D, the OG sauce and medium spice level. They also added extra corn and potatoes for us on the house. Drinks are very well priced. Would recommend!
Just get ready for a big mess My granddaughter loves them.

This place is trash. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that the drinks are not refundable. I thought it was weird at first glance, but I get it now. Once you order food you realize that you only get plastic silverware that’s already on the table, you have to beg to get a plate (which is paper). Then when they bring the crab broil over you get no utensils to break them open and no wet wipes… The food was gross, and not worth the $150.00. Don’t bother with this place, Mr. & Mrs. Crab is much better.
