The ambience is family, neighbor style. I love the three salad plate (tuna, egg, crab). My dad likes the burger and fries.

Theresa's Restaurant is the real deal. Excellent tasting homemade food served with only the best family customer service. Cute hole in the wall local venue with indoor and outdoor seating. Right in the middle of old downtown Bradenton. Dependable and memorable. Full breakfast/ lunch menu, the only downside is they haven't arrived in the world of "specialty coffee." If you want more than a black or decaf cup o joe, try someplace else. Otherwise, enjoy a great local gem.

Ahh such a pleasant surprise to sit in a little garden patio and have a good breakfast! A unique little place and love the "not a chain restaurant" feel.

We saw “Restaurant Impossible Revisited” on Saturday & decided to drive almost an hour to check out Theresa’s for Sunday brunch as she said she had implemented Robert’s suggestions. We assumed that she would also incorporate the suggestions made during his 2nd visit”. But, no so much. My husband ordered the meat lovers omelet with Hollandaise sauce & grits. His omelet came without the sauce & the grits were tasteless - no salt, pepper or cheese as Robert had suggested. I got a grilled ham & cheese sandwich after being told that the ham & cheese wrap was a cold wrap. Robert had suggested warming the contents on the flat top, filling the wrap, then putting the whole thing on the flat top to crisp up one side. It sounded delish & I’ll certainly be making some of my wraps that way in the future. Anyway, I settled for a grilled sandwich. The flavor was excellent, but the cook put both halves of the sandwich down flat on the plate & the bottom slice of bread was a soggy mess. However, the real killer & the reason we’ll never go back was that a man came in with a medium sized dog & walked, with the dog into the kitchen area. (Clearly, he’s associated with the restaurant.) He later sat at a table across from us & proceeded to share what he was eating with the dog alternately feeding himself & the dog by hand. A few minutes later, he & the dog went up to the register to cash out folks. The register was about 4 or 5 feet from where I was seated. Next thing I knew there was the dog trying, fairly successfully, to jump in my lap uninvited. I love dogs, but not when they jump up on me & not in restaurant kitchens. The owners never even saw the dog on me & didn’t correct the dog or apologize. Needless to say we won’t ever be back.

We stopped for a quick lunch after a disappointing trip to view other local sites. WOW! This place completely turned out trip around. The local was airy, light and beautifully decorated. The food was stunning and met all of our various dietary desires ( the Atikins Scramble is an indulgent and delicious choice for any low carb/keto folk). The wait staff was fast, friendly and obliging. Excellent value for price point.

An excellent Sunday brunch for us. Two of the party had breakfast items and I splurged with a Reuben. The omelet was light, fresh veggies and fluffy eggs. The home fries not over spiced and delicious. The bacon had thumbs up all around. The sandwich was perfect. Great corned beef (lean thinly sliced), the right amount of sauerkraut, excellent sauce, and a wonderful rye grilled to perfection. We did not get to experience the raves about thanksgiving dinner soup. Will need to call ahead and find out what day it will be available on our next trip to Bradenton.

The menu is very outdated. Food is plain. Lacks flavor or presentation. Surprised they stay open with so many wonderful options in the area.

Always feel good food. The staff makes you feel you are at home eating. The grilled cheese and ham sandwich is the bomb. The daily special board always have great selections.

Fabulous and yummy. Kat was fantastic as was Theresa. Had Popeyes omelette. Made with real fresh mushrooms, cheese, spinach, and eggs. Service was beyond expectations. Ice tea and coffee the best. Do not hesitate to eat here. You will be glad you did. Large menu selection. Our new favorite place to eat while in town.

Needs a remodel. Food is not appetizing like WaWa's gas prices are average. I would move on if you can.

I stop in occasionally for a Slurpee or a cooked snack while purchasing gasoline. Is it "gourmet" or "nutritious?" Heck no, bur what should one expect? It is a 7-11 for goodness sake.
