If I could give more stars I would, always my go to place when I can't stand my own cooking anymore, lovely atmosphere and beautiful artwork. They have a kiosk too if the line is too long, it's perfect for take out or dine in.

Top China is quite good. Many choices to suit plus daily luncheon menue @ $10.75 including a can of pop. We have been twice and will go back. One test for me is how busy a place is. They are quite busy and capable responding to customers. That being busy is important to me as I do not usually go to places that are not busy. It is good substantial proportions. The food stocks in slow not busy places hold food to long before preparation while busy kitchens get it in and get it prepped...

Told me 10 min, I had to be at wrk & I end up waiting 40 mins . lol I’m late to wrk couldn’t even eat the food and people got there food before us who ordered after us .!!!!!
