It's a great place with healthy smoothies that don't taste like grass with dirt and food that actually has flavor. The Cali chicken flat bread is my go to sandwich! I wish they would add a little more avocado spread. The smoothie is the Avocolada- avocado, kale, lime and I think banana. Even if you don't like kale or avocado I would definitely encourage you to try it.You can't ever go wrong with a super food that actually tastes good!

Does this look like a protein pb bowl to you? To me it looks like a peanut butter burrito. Someone is in the wrong and definitely not me as a customer. Because why is it on the app it shows under the bowl section and that’s exactly what I ask for a peanut butter crunch BOWL, and I got a pita bread PB. Be for real. This was a waste of food and honestly a waste of time on the employee to do a wrong order based on the poor training of the company. Tropical Smoothie, do better.
On another note the smoothies are always top tier. 10/10 I’ll give them that.

We ordered 2 acai bowls and were absolutely disappointed by the amount given. For 12 dollars each we got essentially 2 cups worth of acai. There was more honey in our bowls than anything else at that point. We also specifically asked for no strawberries and to sub for extra banana and we definitely only got one portion of the banana in question. The ratios were terrible and the bowls were less than half full. All in all very dissatisfied. Not worth the money at all.

This is the second time I order a chipotle chicken club and they give me something different. I order online for curbside and no one came, I waited 8 more minutes and had to go myself, it’s very sad since I loved this place.

40 min to get my in app order- missing item, incorrectly made item, lack of customer service. “Asst manager” Sam on duty could care less about quality control or customer service. Will never go to this franchise again.
All around bad. I spent 40 mins, had to go through the line twice for two melted warm smoothies and a wrap that had chicken when I can’t eat chicken. The least they could have done was make my order right or give me my smoothie so it wouldn't have been a daminals drink by the time i got it, id loop again for the food or wait. Im sure you guys give refunds which i asked for it and was my food almost done. Took longer. I had to toss it.

The last two times I have ordered from them be it their food or their smoothies it has had a very strange floral flavor to it. And this has been like a month between orders. Whatever they’re cleaning their items with is getting into the food and smoothies and leaving behind a gross after taste. This will be my second time having to throw away my food/smoothie at this location. I have not had this issue with other location.

I ordered an açaí bowl, which was delicious! However, I chose the online ordering option and chose curbside as my pick up preference. The app said it’d be ready by 12:09, and that is when I arrived. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I went inside the store to check on my order.
No one greeted me when I walked in, and so I looked at the online order shelves for my order. My order was there. Although my bowl was good, it was a bit melted. If the store does not do curbside, I would recommend that be taken off as an option on the app.
It’s funny because curbside is even highlighted on my receipt, but it wasn’t given that way.
