I got a chipotle chicken club and it was as cold as the Bahama mama smoothie I also ordered very disappointing :(

FINALLY!! A Tropical Smoothie that still makes their smoothies the same way they did pre-Covid. SO MANY of them sell watered down versions of our favorite smoothies…. Not this one! Smoothies tasted amazing. Food is equally as good… The staff is super friendly. Glad we finally found a Tropical Smoothie still worth the money… 5 stars, all day!!

Just came through the drive through right now in the pouring down rain and pulled up to the window to order instead. I was ignored by these black children that told me I need to order the drinks like everyone else. Low class.

Roy was very unwilling to help me replace my smoothie when my order was wrong and ushered me to pay for another one when all I asked was if they could make another smoothie he was also going on about how their store gets reimbursed for the ingredients they use because they are separate from other tropical smoothies.

I stopped in today and had perfect service from Deonna, my food and smoothie was excellent. Better than usual and I went there the day before and a nice bearded gentlemen also was very social and provided superb service as well. Excellent experiences overall.
