Worst customer service skills from the security entrance, having over 6 trucks wait so the two ladies can run there mouth like we get paid hourly! No respect for the truckers at all but want us to haul your product!

They claim that it a new year and they have new rules on when drivers can show up and get their loads. Normally could come in and stage 6 hours before a live load now they want you to park off site and come back at time of appointment when they know the nearest truck stop is 70 miles away.

Checked in for my 2 oclock appointment shortly after 12 got on the door 20 ish minutes later however it’s now 8:30 and im just getting finished this is disrespectful to say the least be prepared to burn your clock up📍

Security check in very inhospitable, possibly having a bad day? Scalehouse and checkout Security very nice! Kind of tight and what seems to be the standard of not good signage for directing the driver where to go.
THIS PLACE IS HORABLE. NO RESPECT FOR TRUCK DRIVER. THIS THE 3 LOAD THEY CANCEL ON ME AFTER BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 4HRS TO BE LOADED.

Worst place I ever seen. My trailer was overloaded 80460 pounds and i'm waiting here from more than three hours to fix it.I checked in yesterday evening

They were behind about 14 hours but there web site to check if trailer was ready worked great and I was able to pick trailer and I'll still be on time for delivery

Not bad. Takes a couple of hours to get loaded, I’d rather do a live load here cause their drop and hooks are always late or they don’t have an empty. They put me in dock 9. Apparently it’s a “tough” dock to get into… first shot, if you complain about it you just suck. Don’t tear your trailer doors off pulling out. Pay attention.
