They probably think if you re coming here first time to know map of their hidden areas and docks. And im talking about 5am in the morning with all dark around. If you get DOCK 34-37 you will need investigation team to find it!!!

The worst place to pickup, they check me in early of my appointment, i tough to get loaded early, but they give a door and let me sitting there until 5pm leaving me for pm crew to load me Checking at 11am my appointment was at 1 pm. If can stay away from this place don’t think it twice….

Great place to go to. Very busy place. Trucks everywhere. Very quick loading and rolling within 3 hours total. Pending what door you get. It can be tricky. Saw many drivers having trouble backing in. The section i parked in was no problem.

Nasty place for pick up…Very cheap and heavy loads 44 000 up …It’s not worth it for these bloody moneys to kill your equipment …Slow service…Never again …Refuse immediately

Worst customer service skills from the security entrance, having over 6 trucks wait so the two ladies can run there mouth like we get paid hourly! No respect for the truckers at all but want us to haul your product!

They claim that it a new year and they have new rules on when drivers can show up and get their loads. Normally could come in and stage 6 hours before a live load now they want you to park off site and come back at time of appointment when they know the nearest truck stop is 70 miles away.
