My mother and I just left this location where the service was lack luster. We tried to use a brand new $50 visa gift card to pay for a portion of our bill, when the waitress came back to the table and said that she was having trouble with the gift card. She then said she spoke with the manager who said they wouldn't allow us to use the visa gift card. The manager never attempted to come to our table to explain why we couldn't use the gift card. That's poor customer service.

Wonderful weight staff. Saturday night busy - they made us feel like we were the only people here. They altered my pasta how I wanted - Jaynie did it with a smile and zero question. Max makes the best drinks. I am a foodie. This place is amazing. The service all 3 times has been amazing!

I love this Valentinos. I live near the one on Clark, but we always come here. The lasagna is my fav. We also love the garlic knots. Definitely recommend. They even make buttered macaroni for your kid if you ask.

Disappointing visit. Ethan was very polite and attentive. We have been to Valentino on Clark Rd many times going back to the days they 1st opened. The food is always good quality and good portions. Chicken parm portion is from one end of the plate to the other. We came to this location (CooperCreek) today and ordered from the Dinner menu. The taste and quality was up to par but the portion was very disappointing. I don't mind paying for a good quality meal but when its a $25 chicken dish you expect the plate to be full. I'm inclined not to return.

First time here...Dinner was definitely delicious...We shared the large Ceasar salad, chicken piccata , and baked ziti and chicken parmesan...Service was outstanding...
although I love their food, their service has been downhill for a while. The Bad attitude that you receive is horrible. They're right and you're wrong even though you're the customer .They don't even try to make it right. So very sad
