Mid 80's and the family is going to Action Park. There's a spot in ever journey that you've traveled before that you know is approaching at some point soon, the anticipation builds - but what is this place? It's many different things to many different people and the symbolism is also different. These trips, I anxiously awaited seeing the WAWA sign in Jersey. I thought it was the Canadian Goose looking logos name, but it wasn't. But inside there were treats of pies and ice cream and no gasoline, so I was surprised to see the pizza and the pumps wayyy down here. Because you know what they say in Florida, other than "go on vacation and leave on probation" is "the further north you go, the more southern it gets" and the opposite is also true here.My buddy wanted to try their pizza, I was lukewarm at best to his proposal but we did it anyway. I have a neighbor that speaks about WAWA, as in everything about it, (the food especially) with such reverence, I do believe it's his favorite restaurant and I'm not sure if I should tell him that it's a convenience store and gas station. He's a peculiar fellow so all of what he says makes complete sense to me because I guess we're all a little crazy around here and be beyond here, the whole worlds gone a bit crazy I'd say He loves his $2.79 a pack of "Miami grown and local" 305 cigarettes and at over two packs a day, mind you that's not included his 305 purple or gold cigar habit and all of the smoke that he's sucked up has turned him a shade of ashen grey, there's a big missing teeth issue too.16" veggie, marinara, mozzarella cheese fill, red onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The crust was that bouncy south of the Mason Dixon Line weird no crumbs kind, nobody gets it right because nobody needs to because nobody knows better and the few that do just go to the beat of this drum and I guess I do it.

I work next to Wawa and I go there on my lunch break almost everyday, I’ve never had any issues and I’m not usually the type who leaves reviews because I’m not much of a complainer, but when I was there yesterday the issue I had was enough for me to leave a review because it needs to be taken care of.I only get a 30 minute break which isn’t a lot of time to order and have time to eat I get my food in a timely manner but when I walk over to get my smoothie and I see my order still on the screen and not being worked on so I start to look around and see Sarah one of the employees talking on the phone and I look over at her and she puts up a finger to tell me hold on. It took her 5 min to get off the phone and make my drink when she starts my drink she starts talking to another employee in the food area pausing making my drink! Now I understand people have lives and need to make phone calls but there are better ways by asking for coverage or making the drink then go make the call when there are no orders. And if your having a conversation with an employee either do it while making the drink or wait till your done. People don’t have time to be waiting like that!

Gosh I love this place. Five minutes away from my house and I stop every morning for coffee and Zack! I am a huge coffee lover there’s actually a Starbucks right next to Wawa but I rather go to Wawa and get greeted and treated like family every single time. Zack always has a kind word and very complementary and when Zack is not there, Swade is there who is also a breath of fresh air. I promise these to always make my day.

Wawa is the greatest convenience store chain on the planet. The sandwiches and Cuban roast coffee are the best around. The only places that comes close for a Cuban in all of Florida is Brucatos in Tampa.

Their TVs by the pumps were silent. It was so nice! Hopefully this is they way it always is and they weren’t just broken. Also got coffee and a sandwich. Both good.

I asked a question about a nicotine product and the employee very abruptly said “I don’t know anything about vapes” There was a line behind me so I just picked one, but when I asked if it came with a charger they rolled their eyes and repeated they didn’t know. So I asked it be taken off my purchase & went across the street to speedway where they were happy to help.I understand customer service sucks sometimes but I was asking questions that could have been answered by looking at the box. Lost a sale & future visits to this location.

Amazing staff, food is always fresh. The only problem with this store is; they allow people to loiter in the parking lot every night. They back their very loud vehicles in where people and families are eating and idle with the exhaust filling the outdoor seating area.
