I have never visited a Wawa that consistently has no chicken salad in stock. If this was on Hard Rock, I could literally bet on this and make money hand over fist.

Went in here to grab a fountain soda from the self serve machine, and the cups were all missing. A worker told me to get them at the register, so I stood in line and waited, paid for the drink, and then went back to self serve. One of the things that makes Wawa great is its convenience, but this is not great at all. Loved being able to go in, get my soda, and pay at a self checkout without waiting in line. Please put the cups back š š š good grief.
I asked Veronica how I could add chocolate chips to my chocolate shake and she not only told me how to do it, she showed me how to do it and she also told me what to say to the cashier that rings me up as well. Veronica took the time to show me how to make the perfect milkshake and let me tell you, my milkshake was DELICIOUS. THANK YOU VERONICAš

I could not find any cups all the dispensers were empty. I asked multiple times for help no one even answered. As I was walking out the door with out buying anything. I let the cashier know there were no cups she said thatās because she had them behind the cash register. I asked why they had the dispenser that I saw somone use. She had no answer. I informed her she had no answer because this place sucks. She screamed out no Iām rude. Wawa has no customer service!!!!! You should be ashamed!!!!!!

If you want to go to three different gas pumps and still not be able to get gas, this is your place.
Always understaffed, Gabie is very rude and always on her phone. Have to pay for a cup before you get a drink, why? Now I understand why this location has so much turn over and 16 year olds working there. They need to run a better operation.
Employees donāt know the menu. What I ordered vs what I got. This was an order placed in store.
I visit the Wawa on Cortez about six or seven times a week, generally I'm there between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., they have a really good crew during those times. The employees always seem happy and upbeat. definitely an environment you would want to work in. Although I am saddened to hear one of my favorite employees has moved on. definitely lost a good team member. I don't remember her name but she called me grandma she knows who she is.
I came to get a matcha cause Iām a matcha š„·š¾ and they didnāt fill it to the top, I love this place but this was my last straw

This is a gas station.
Sooo disappointed in you wawa....ordered this peppermint mocha, was so excited, I stopped buying froze. Coffees here because the quality just wasn't there for a while, and I see nothing has changed ? tasted literally like watered down sweet milk, and looks NOTHING like the photo...I understand staged and real life, but this wasn't even attempted...bummer guys!

This is the Worst store in the country. Filthy and waaaay under staffed with a competent staff.
The DEI this company seems to be so committed to is exactly what you get here. A lot of different people not able to keep the store clean or prepared.

Thanks Imani ( hope I spelled it right) for going the extra mile to make sure I was able to get coffee. With both pots empty she had some brewing in the back and ask for my cup and filled it for me. Thanks to her kindness I am able to start my day on the right foot.
Thank you!
