Im trying to figure out why your bathroom are gross & have human waste in them every time I come in. I feel like it is NEVER busy inside for your bathrooms to be cleaned. Either the employees are doing this so ppl don't use the bathroom or they are NOT doing there jobs & checking the bathroom. IT should be checked EVERY HOUR. It reflects on YOUR STORE. I wash my hands before I order....so if that bathroom nasty EVERYTHING NASTY. I WOULD EAT HERE. NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY ITS ALWAYS NASTY. DO BETTER

KITCHEN SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE. I got home and realized my burger was missing, so I went back and politely asked for a refund and for the food to be remade. The manager Brandi insisted she “knows she put it in the bag” and even said I “probably ate it.” as well as “why didn’t you check the bag” if you put it in the bag why would I have to check? Clearly her big back is used to blaming customers instead of owning her mistakes. Between her attitude and the sewage smell coming from the kitchen I just asked for a refund and left without having dinner. Brandi has no business being a manager even at wendy’s.

Refused to give me her name, the managers name, or store number. But forgot the receipt says it all. Kitchen looked disgusting, why work if you don’t want to provide exceptional service

You place an order through Uber and request mayonnaise as an extra, but they refuse to give it to you, claiming it's a waste. When you ask if they charge for it, they say no, but they can't provide it. What terrible customer service for delivery

worst experience of my life, i paid for my food on their kiosk and waited 20 minutes before asking where my food was all for them to tell me they refuse to make my order because i didn’t know the number and they didn’t see it on there 1980s television. i showed them my transaction and that i had already paid for my food and they accused me of showing them a transaction from another wendy’s down the road. manager was less then helpful and rather rude. left the establishment with no food and no refund. do not go here

We ordered beverages only, the workers were busy with the drive-thru customers and could not provide our drinks for several minutes. We had to order from the self-service no one was available to take the order.

So this manager lady horrible attitude gave me buffalo sauce on the side when I asked for saucy nuggets when saucy nuggets come pre tossed and sauced like I know I’m not crazy I work fast food and plus she just gave me dipping sauce if that was the case she should’ve never charged me for saucy nuggets but instead just for the sauce

Jr bacon cheeseburger was good not anymore you say it’s all made fresh but the last two times it tasted like it was nothing but old!. When you make a drink for someone give them a straw!!!!!!!
