Three times now we have gone to this Wendy’s and every single time we order a Dave’s Triple they give us a Dave’s single. This has happened FOUR times now. We had to go back 15 minutes just to get the right order. This is the only Wendy’s that I have these problems with. It’s ridiculous.

Ordered Uber Eats. Ordered 2 adult combos, received two sandwiches. No fries. Everything was ICE COLD. This is the consistent level of quality we receive at this Wendy's. We usually order from the one on Cortez, but they dont do kids meals. Was hoping this one had improved, but guess not. Literally the WORST Wendy's hands down. Not to mention slow, half the time no one wants to pick up our order from this location because the line wraps around the building, and the employees act like you're putting them out. The food and staff are not worth the prices they charge.

Hours say lobby opens at 8, it's 8:45 and the doors are locked. My work van won't fit through the drive through.

Poor customer service We showed up at 1:44 a.m., to pick up a doordash order. The staff said the order was made, and sent to the customer already, which was an outright lie. Contacted the customer, they said the app said the order was being prepared and the Dasher was waiting. store employees are just too lazy to do their job. worse than all that, is the fact that this type of behavior is allowed and encouraged by management, and ownership.
Normally I don’t leave a review good or bad. But this place has improved so much! And they are the sweetest hands down just left there and was treated with great pleasure.

Well praise the Lord and pass the spicy nuggets — this Wendy’s is still standing while all the others are dropping like flies in July! I don’t know what kind of sweet tea magic they’re working here, but I hope they keep doing it ‘til the rapture.
Every other Wendy’s around is closing faster than a church on Super Bowl Sunday, but not this one! No sir. This location is the last bastion of Baconators, the final frontier of fresh, never frozen, and let me tell you — they’re holding it down like Aunt Myrtle’s wig in a windstorm.
The service? Friendlier than your meemaw after two glasses of boxed wine. The food? Hot, juicy, and comforting like a warm hug from someone who smells like vanilla body spray and good choices. The atmosphere? I’d host my family reunion here if they’d let me.
God bless this Wendy’s. May it stand tall and proud like a lawn flamingo in a hurricane. If this one ever closes, I’ll chain myself to the drive-thru speaker. Y’all have been warned.
